Ate 2 of these last night after a day of Drinking alcohol. Was exquisite to me.
I had an issue with my local taco bell where every bite was a different combination of ingredients and nothing had the same taste for the entirety of the burrito
@@meowmymix3957 As a Cook, I imagine it'd be easy working at taco bell. Just throw the ingredients wherever . They should make a full course burrito where the first bite is an appetizer, the middle part being the main course, and the last bite the dessert.
@ goblin when youre drunk everything tastes "better" unless it just sucks to begin with then its worst than ever. Alcohol makes bad food taste worse. So if its bland and tasteless it will at least be a 9.5 out of 10 when youre out of this world and deathly drunk.

I had the double steak version of this burrito last night. It was literally HUGE! Loaded with tons of steak. It was actually very, very good! Everything was perfectly distributed throughout. I guess it all depends on the store you choose.

I think the wax paper addition was because the outer grilled cheese would stick, peel off with the foil paper. I like the fact the outer cheese stayed on this time.

Reviewbrah is such a cutie and I love how he talks. He's so mild mannered and always keeps a relatively even tone. It makes it so that when he hits you with a joke, it has much more impact because it's such a surprise and he doesn't change his cadence, which somehow makes it so much funnier.

This is one of my favorite taco bell items that comes amd goes. The 2nd wrapper is to prevent the cheese from sticking to the outer wrapper. On this one I prefer the seasoned beef a lot more.
The second wrapper actually is what keeps the cheese on the burrito. Without it you'd have a lot of cheese being left on the grill. You're not wrong, though.

I tried this last time around and had a bad experience. They didn't really grille the cheese. It was still loose shredded cheese, slightly heated and oily. They also forgot many of the ingredients.
The person who prepared it must be a newbie. Fast food restaurants get new employees more than a bird flys.

Proper assessment for fast food is immediately after your purchase it. You have to eat it in the drive through line to really get the full taste.

If you want a cheaper version of it u could just get the regular grilled cheese burrito but say to substitute the beef for steak. It isn’t as big but it’s cheaper than the double stake one and it’s the same ingredients
3:10 i agree with thereportoftheweek. fiesta strips were replaced with red strips, why change the name when it's the same flavor...? add more seasoning to the strips, spice, or just even a little more sour cream overall to balance out the rice and grilled tortilla

That’s not a bad idea. I’ve had some really good and really different fast food from other countries, but also some interesting differences of American fast food chains in other countries.

I ate this the same day I ended up going into the ER For gallbladder surgery. Pretty solid. Afraid to eat it again because it's associated with mind-shattering pain in my head now.

If you’re making less than $65k a year, eating Taco Bell isn’t really practical any more. The prices are outrageous.
You can just scratch out the "Taco Bell" part and it works just as well lmao.
Eating almost any fast food just isn't practical anymore. Portions are smaller for the cheaper items that used to be the "affordable" options everywhere, and prices for them are higher.

I thought he was holding a wrap the size of a grown man in the thumbnail for a second, just smiling happy as can be with one arm around it.
I just had one today for the first time. It was huge in size and weight. I only had half and took the rest home for later.
I thought it was pretty good. Not over the top delicious but filling and mediocre on the tasty factor. This is the perfect food to eat after a night out drinking and partying. Everything tastes delicious then. I give it a 5 out of 10.
I love this and other grilled items. I dont understand why they always take it away...

It's mostly because unlike almost everybody else (McDonald's especially) taco bell regularly tries to make new menu items every 2 or 3 weeks or brings one back when they haven't come up with a new one by that time.

For those not familiar with the channel, you might have fair reason for concern about touching food after the inside of a shoe. However fear not. What a remarkably silly comment. The bean burritos are not any more authentic than most things at taco bell, and regardless, only simpletons judge food by its authenticity, especially when taco bell was NEVER meant to be a replacement for authentic Mexican food. Taste is what matters. Food evolves over time, so only ignorant people have a sense of elitism about what is authentic or traditional. How long must something exist before it becomes authentic? There is no answer. If it tastes good, shut up and eat it. If it doesn't, then don't.

I had this burrito randomly today in a 7.99 meal deal. It was a lot better than I expected. One of the best things I’ve had a tbell!

One thing to consider when trying the same item more than once, and when judging fast food in general is you have many, many cooks cooking the same items, some abide strictly to their training and do it by the book, some may not be as precise. Some are naturally good/responsible cooks, some are not, in fast food its often very young people working.
When I worked at KFC eons ago the other cooks asked me why my chicken was always pretty and perfect, I told them because I do it exactly like I was shown in training. They did it their way.

Taco Bell worker here, part of the reason behind the price of the double steak grilled cheese burrito is that it’s just larger all around. It’s made on a Crunchwrap tortilla, which is 12 inches instead of 10. Beside any old menu items I might not have worked there for, it’s the only burrito that has the larger tortilla.
When you said the mosquito might be a rep from taco bell i laughed out loud. Maybe 5 secs later it flew across the screen!

@@frostgodx all food places are different. Some employees care about their work even if it’s not that important and some don’t. But yes, Grills cheese burritos are more complicated to make.

I work next to a taco bell, and as sad as I am to say it, I get about two to three of them double steak ones every day or so. They aren't too bad.

Last week I went to Taco Bell and picked up some items for dinner. I stay at hotels a a lot and things like burritos can be reheated when I get there and it's comforting to get to a hotel and have a reheat-able dinner that serves the purpose. I was going to get a value menu beefy cheesy burrito or something called something like that for $2, but went for two.
So, I had the first one right away. It seemed good at first with beef and cheese but then toward the end it turned into nothing but rice and beans. I threw it out.
I don't necessarily dislike rice or beans but I consider them cheap fillers here in USA. I definitely hate rice or potatoes in a burrito because the tortilla is the starch. Please don't fill the thing with more starches!
Beans can be okay, but they are cheap and I wouldn't expect to pay more than a dollar for a bean burrito, and I think it's more carb than protein also, though I may be wrong.
So, I decided I'd open the second one and scoop out the rice and beans. The remains were just a small carcass. I decided I won't get burritos from Taco Bell anymore. The Del Beef burrito at Del Taco is just beef and cheese. It's many times better in my opinion!
This looks okay inside (if I ordered it without rice), but the grease and cheese on the outside would revolt me.
$7 for that Greasy turd? I would rather spend $10 and get an authentic burrito at a food cart or takeout.

Just had this today and it was pretty good. Got the regular one (there's a spicy one). Light spice on it from the Chipotle sauce. This would be even better if the outer cheese was crisped up. It's pretty much just melted on there.
Reviewbrah has a problem with the 'distribution' of meat in the burrito. The end caps will always lack any meat or flavor. You gotta wrap a burrito somehow you know? Everything will move towards the middle when you're wrapping it.

I went to del taco once. The drive through worker said “thanks for choosing the del, not the bell.” He won del taco a life long customer that day.
The steak for me this time around was more juicy and tender than last time. I also get the burrito without the rice and strips. There was steak and plenty of sauce in every bite.
Grilled stuft burrito was so much better. They took out pico, guac, beans, and avocado ranch and added fiesta strips, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and oily cheese on the outside.

I have always found Taco Bell's streak to be chewy and that is why I don't usually select the steak versions. I did try the New Grilled Cheese Burrito but with beef I would say it was a lot better than their normal burrito. The normal one is hard to consume for the most part. The Review Brah just might be the most liked RUclipsr and definitely the best dressed one. Keep up the good work Bro or should I say Brah.
