These videos are perfect for my style of learning as a 5.0 player, who's autistic. Everyone has their own preferences, but his teaching style is broken down in sequential steps in a way that's understandable to me, and he takes you through each step of the shot for neurotypicals, but also for people like myself who need to be taught as though each sequence of the shot, needs to be explained step by step. There's a nice detail as to the variation where in some instances you let your shoulders and hand drive all the way out through the shot, in other situations you can use the windshield wiper technique to improvise, and then most importantly for me to understand was how to combine the two. It was also great to be instructed on the follow through, and finishing the shot, but also understanding that once the ball is gone and you've done everything you can to accelerate accurately through the contact, point, that the end of the shot is an individual thing, where the racquet is decelerating. I apologize about my long explanation as to how this video helped me as autistic man, and hopefully I have not offended anyone.

The idea of "tension" explained with the russian twist is key in my opinion. It's simply the checkpoint to see if you're coiling properly storing energy with the core. Excellent job, Coach. Keep it up!

Hi Kevin, thank you for the video! However, I am confused as Nadal doesn’t do the full swing high to low, his racquet stay down all the time and as you said he changes the grip. I struggle with the full swing, found this Nadal style quicker

You have a spot light on Nadal twohanded backhand, that I do like it but wasn't able to simulate it

I'm a bit confused with the unit turn. Your other videos (Djokovic and the perfect Backhand) tell us to turn our knee/hips to generate power (through the prep with the unit turn). Am I understanding it correctly that Nadal is sacrificing drive/power to achieve higher revs?
Edit: specifically only with his hips, because through the extension of the arm through the contact of the ball, he gains back the drive.

Love ur content you really helped me improve
The only problem is you don’t give directions for lefties and as a lefty it makes it harder
    Still love ur content tho

I realized that I when I was hitting harder back hands I was subconsciously bringing my racquet down.

Nadal is natural right handed, so he’s really hitting a two handed forehand ..
