  • With one spring on the middle of your chair (or no springs if you are challenging yourself) sit towards the back corner of your Wunda Chair. Find your Teaser and then cross the inside leg on top of your other leg. Take one arm to the pedal, and then using your outside hip, roll over and find one long diagonal line! Hug everything together and lift back up! Repeat 3-5 times.
    FINE-TUNE THIS EXERCISE:
Hug your outer hips in and reach into the pedal (both on the up and the down).

You make a good comment about how this exercise informs others. Just as you said, I pull the straight line first, but then I was taught to reach further into a bow shape using both the bottom leg & my eyes to pull the torsion even more. My teacher, Richard Rossiter of the Pilates Institute in Boulder, Colorado teaches to "seek the extremes in range" or "your limits will always be your limits." Please keep posting these videos.
