One of the reasons i love the band as personalities is that they mostly write and record their own music. Not enough artists on the radio do that today.
Yeah, pop artists are the ones who dont write their own material, which is ironic becuase most of their songs use the same 4 chords and have the same drum sampling, then again, not all Pop music is utter shit, just 95% of it XD

I listened to this song a couple of times before but it never caught my attention, but now I'm at a point in my life that I can say, this song is simply a masterpiece, all of their songs are masterpieces to be honest, but this one.... this one is just out of the ordinary. It's so fuckin powerful it's not even funny.

This song has one of the most powerful drum fills I heard in my life (2:24), first time I heard it I was being mesmerized by the whole song (audio, lyrics, voices, all) and it struck me right in my face, true impact. It took me 30 seconds running to my drumkit and trying to play it hahahahah. Dom is a hell of a drummer, no doubt.
I first saw Muse in Cardiff in 2002. When I heard they would be playing the first gig at the new Wembley (George Michael got moved ahead of them eventually) I had to go and bought 4 tickets without even asking my mates. I knew they'd say yes. It was amazing. No regrets.
When I feel I’m in need of desperation, I come back to songs like this (or the earlier Muse’s songs in general). Their lyrics are gold and speak straight to my heart (not to mention that Matt is my crush still today that I’m almost 40 🙈)
Look, the whole group is amazing. Every time I watch a live performance, I'm astounded that Matt can play guitar and sing, especially with the brand of music he belts out. It can't be easy.
