This is one of the most insane 6 minutes of performance I’ve ever seen. Matt Bellamy should be in line with rock’s greatest frontmen. He belongs right there with Freddie Mercury, Prince, etc… Simply an amazing display of talent.
I've been a Muse fan for SO LONG. Every time I watch this one, this is my thought. He's truly something of a musical genius. When I watch a symphony play Korsekov? Tchaikovsky, Beethoven or Mozart.. similar emotions emerge. It's an echo of what divinity came through years ago... and infused with MORE in a sense.
Two very different vocal profiles, Matt has an insane falsetto, Freddy always went all out on his chest voice. Matt can Freddy if he wants to, but his voice is a lot softer.
Well. ..they are the best 2 rock and classical music god's. .. Mercury and Bellamy. .. it's close but I think Bellamy edges it. ...I suppose for example .. bohemian rhapsody and somebody to love by queen up against exogenis and butterflies and hurricanes by muse. ..close call I would say but no one comes close to these two.
I hate it when people answer to this kind of comments with "lol check this guy, he's way better" shut up y'all. Check. The whole the 2nd law album. Or the live from Roma. Chris is something else
This live has everything. -Matt’s incredible voice -Matt’s epic guitar -Dom’s epic drums -Chris’s EPIC bass -Chris’s WONDERFUL chorus -Morgan’s amazing keyboard -the f#*€ing piano solo -the energy of the 3 boyyyyz 🥺🥺❤️
If you ever want to show someone who Matt Bellamy is or what he's capable of, show them this performance. From the songwriting, to the crazy vocals, the piano and guitar playing, and the showmanship. The whole package!
Anyone think how Muses music is so appropiate during these times??? "YOUVE GOT TO BE THE BEST, YOUVE GOT TO CHANGE THE WORLD AND YOU USE THIS CHANCE TO BE HEARD. YOUR TIME IS NOW"
Matt Bellamy is the most talented musician I have ever seen. I mean, Dom and Chris are amazing too, but he takes the cake. Piano: amazing. Guitar: amazing. Vocal: fucking excellent. Love this guy! 💖💖💖
Me da vergüenza decirlo... ¿Cómo no conocía yo esto? A mis 53, he descubierto algo que me ha fascinado. ¡Este hombre lo tiene todo! Y al piano, el remate. Se ve que le gusta Rachmaninoff. ¡Qué fuerza tiene esto! La letra, muy apropiada para estos tiempos. Gran grupo. Un gran directo. 🤩🤩👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The front man is an extremely talented musician. The guy is a top singer, guitarist and pianist. I mean God damn, that solo was pretty incredible if somewhat stolen from Rachmaninoff. Also his singing range is ridiculous.
They're all extremely talented IMO, Chris went from Drums to Bass which it isn't easy to change musical persuasion and is a very talented bassist while Dom is one of the best drummers I've heard live and in studio recordings :)
Rachmaninoff is one of his inspirations. So it is pretty obvious where that part comes from. And I must agree that Matt is an unbelievably well-rounded musician. Simply the best. Though that's just my opinion.
This song is absolutely brilliant, my uncle recommended it to me back when he was still around, but I put it off, after he passed away may got rest his soul, I decided to give it a shot and it’s amazing, I should’ve never doubted you uncle, rock on!!

By far the best and most consistent rock band of the 2000s, imo only Radiohead is close. Granted there are also some very strong metal bands out now but Muse is the total package. I need to see this band live.
Even in the metal scene, the new ones cannot challenge the old guards. Metallica, Rammstein, Slipknot etc. But yeah, Muse is the total package. I believe they are the only rock band that tour (album tour) the world for year 2023. And they bring together their legendary better-than-studio live sound everywhere they go.

Chris' voice at the back is so beautiful. I'm in tears. Dom seems never loses an ounce of energy. And I love that part when Chris' doing his thing while Matt playing those beautiful notes on his piano. It gives me chills every time. I love this song.

Led Zeppelin - How the West was Won is also an excellent live album, but I agree, Muse is phenomenal live.
