    I found Muse by accident and love them. I am 71 and around when the great music was born. Muse is the evolution from those days. Haven't been this excited over music in forty decades!

      Betty Greene Me too Betty!! Well, I'm 36 but thought good rock bands died a long time ago. I've been going further and further back in time to find great music. You should check out The Black Keys or Arcade Fire if you like these guys. There's not much new music that's very listenable these days if you have an older taste like mine

      Chris Pereira So true!! By the 80's everyone was either dead or in rehab. Then came the vanilla boy bands that were so over produced my cat would have sounded good. I just quit listening to new stuff and wore out a lot of tapes and CDs. I was stunned when I first heard Muse. I could hear shades of Queen and thought I was imagining it. Then I read a lot about them. Matt has the four octave range like Freddie, his keyboard work is sweet. Haven't been that blown away since Queen came out with Bohemian Rhapsody! Thanks for the other sites to check out.

      +Betty Greene Oh cool! It's awesome to see that this band has a really diverse age group, I'm 12 and have been a pwoper Muser since I was born! And I totally agree with you +Chris Pereira, nowadays, music just doesn't have that feel like it used to. Having grown up with bands like Muse, AC/DC, Guns n' Roses, Bon Jovi, I can see when you're coming from haha! :D

    Mom used to listen to them, she likes "Dead Inside" the most. I've decided to check some of their songs and here I am listening to Muse whole fucking day. It's still rock but it's much different from other bands I listen to. Gotta admit Matt has his own way of singing and you can see that the voice is coming from deep inside. I love how he uses his wide voice range playing with it like a legend. They are definitely underrated, but most bands and singers I listen to are underrated. Also I'm from Poland and I've got to thank you, England for: Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Gorillaz, Blur, my favourite singer Damon Albarn and David Bowie.

      How is muse underrated ? There a huge band and anyone who knows something about music will know who they are . They’ve played in huge stadiums , sold millions of records , have a shit ton of Spotify streams . Not a band I would call underrated

      Matt is amazing. But in all honest, he doesn't have 1% of the talent that Freddie had. I know it's probably dumb to comment this on this video. But I do love Muse too and am I no way dissing them or Matt!

    • @HenNgTr
      @HenNgTr 10 лет назад +28

      ***** It's ok man all about opinions. I guess it would be fairer to say that Matt Bellamy is the closest person so far that we'll get to Freddie Mercury

    • @gtg4651
      @gtg4651 10 лет назад +124

      ***** Freddie's talent came from singing, and Matt's talent goes beyond that into playing a variety of instruments and composing orchestral symphonies. I don't think that's a fair comparison.
