I worked at a drive in. First, we would butter the top and bottom of the bun and put it on the grill, then slap the burger down on the hotter side of the grill. After toasting, on the dressing board next to the grill, we would dress the bottom bun with mustard (or mayonnaise), then lettuce, then tomato, then onions. When the burger was ready, still on the grill, we would put on a slice of cheese (optional), then the top bun, then spatula it onto the dressed bun, like yours, burger on top.
Something for your subscription memberships…you can pick a random person and send them a postcard from unique places you visit. You could do one a month or every 2 weeks. Affordable and a fun way to interact with your viewers. Also gives people a reason to become a member.
There is another coffee shop in Kingman, AZ named Calico's. Located in old Kingman next to Motel 6. Great food and the staff are wonderful. Stop everytime on way to Phoenix from Vegas. Have a great trip!

Ketchup and condiments have been removed as 'for free" table grabs in many restaurants. At 9.00 a bottle..I get it. But it's kind of annoying having to beg for more ketchup lol.
Hey DTM, I prefer the patty on top of the lettuce and onions, that way the bottom bun doesn't fall apart from the juices and it make the burger easier to eat.
Reminiscent of Peggy Sue's 50's Diner in Yermo, California; Enroute To or From Vegas! It's about 2 hours from the strip near _Eddie World_ Candy Empire too! They have ponds, turtles and dinosaurs in the back too! I only cut through the tip of Arizona, years ago, going on a hunting trip in Utah! This is my type of place to stop at on a road trip!
I visited Arizona a while ago with some friends. They took me to a place in Scottdale call "Ocean Trail." It's cajun and good, located in an Indian Casino, so you can do some gambling, too, lol.

Since there are no Culver's in Vegas, you should try them out when in Phoenix. Best fast food burgers imo. Their fish and chips are also better than most restaurants.
