Thank you for highlighting and reviewing these American treasures!! Hopefully you can do a review on that place.
Amazing video. It takes a lot of skill, patience and talent to be able to juggle everything and put out a breakfast like this. I've managed truck stops and other resturaunts and have done this day after day after day. Unless you love doing this the money you make will never be worth ot but if you do it because you love to serve people and love to create you will never find a job more satisfying. Working a job like this or being the owner always reminded me of the Duncan donuts guy who always was saying "time to make the donuts" because it feels just like the commerical back then was portraying.

Such an awesome family!!! The ppl interviewed are so interesting & genuinely nice! There’s such a difference in ppl - the Appalachian ppl we saw today are SO genuine, friendly, hardworking & the very opposite of artificial!!,
Looked like so much fun. Blair is such a lovely soul. "Thank you, Dad," gave Elmo away to a stranger. Be very proud. She is so precious ❤❤❤❤
Just moved to Speedwell, Tennessee from the Fort Knox area and ive already attacked their biscuits and gravy. I absolutely love it here and love the feel of the store
i loved this man i come from a small town myself im only 35 so wont say it was old but the store we used to go to was kind if the same i loved being around all the older guys thought i was hot stuff drinking a cup of coffee with my grandfather while all the other guys came to say hey when they seen us there good times ...
What caught my attention other than them good looking biscuits and ribs was when James Middleton stated how good neighbors Charline and Richard are, feeding and delivering groceries to his elderly Mom for the most part asking for nothing in return. We need more of that Love and caring in this world. We all can learn from that. Mother Martha you raised your children beautiful. God Bless you all.
“Work steady, not hard.”🤘🏻
I really enjoy country store thank you for sharing with us.God bless.
Everything looks amazing. I used to chef in a similar family run store up North. The prices here are much better than what we charged. I want to check out Judy's in my travels. 😃
I'm glad i found your channel love what you do John much appreciated really enjoy your videos plus the world gets to see these mom and pop operations!
Thanks and welcome
Pretty awesome. I remember back way over 30yrs ago my grandma had Back then Coble whole milk and was in a yellow gallon jug. I think that is pet brand milk but first time I saw a yellow gallon milk jug since then and we are in South Carolina not that far away. Really cool! Was supposed to help block as much light to keep it fresher longer I think was the idea.
As I line cook, I usually started around 5am and finished at 4pm. Hard work for sure!
I'm first generation american, as my dear mother used to say, "only in america", what a great vid
Love these little stores! I'm a Brit and used to visit friends in VA and GA. They would chat away to me assuming I was from the South too and you'd see a literal jaw drop when I would start speaking in my English accent. They'd be like; "What the???"😅 Richard without his glasses looks like Tim from our soap opera; "Coronation Street", by the way. Google. 😅 Loved this upload. Thank you!
Love your videos and when you interview with Martha and her honesty over the top 😊 hello from Texas 🤠
It was a pleasure to meet you and visit this store. Lord willing, when I finally get moved to TN I hope there's a place like this nearby. Thanks for sharing this.
Two hard working people. Richard obviously has his routine down and it obviously doesn't include chit chat. I'd definitely eat there.
Great video! They all knew what they were doing and worked together very well. Everything they were preparing(food), looked absolutely delicious. Especially those ribs. A man of few words, but could tear a kitchen up!
Safe traveling and Thumbs up!😎👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great video! Talk about multi-tasking! Made me hungry watching him cook all that delicious food up for the customers ❤ thanks so much for sharing!
Hometown pride and homemade cookin' goes hand and hand. god bless the hard working people of this country. 🇺🇸👍
Richard not much on Small talk 😅😂
Yep
Thats okay, I wish it were more like the korean videos. They do the same thing but the camera man doesn't bother the cooks with small talk they just film the cooking process.
That would be me too 😂
My thoughts exactly 😂
Used to love sweet baby rays bbq sauce until I tried Kinders !! I bet you’ll sell alot more ribs than you can handle if you use that trust me it’s great !
Ty for a glimpse into this humble kitchen, may God bless it and all those who work and serve the community there!
Great video of a Great Restaurant, and some very fine people as well.
Watching frm Sydney Australia 😃👋🏻
Really Great Behind The Scenes Video Of "Everday America" .. Nice. That Lady Who Liked Making "Philly Steaks" Is A Natural Beauty. (Apologize If She Is Married) Voice,Look,Personality...The Whole Package! (old Virginia Boy Here)
Didn't plan on staying for the whole video, but I did. Love little places like this
I would be waiting every day just for the biscuits!! You guys are amazing!!!
What a fun and interesting video! Loved it and I look forward to the next one 😊 great job ❤❤❤
Impressive multitasking
If you can't multitask😅. Stay out of the kitchen. . No , really.
o man that little touch of adding the buttermilk directly onto the biscuits before baking is genius.
i'm gonna try that sometime.
These are my people. Love ya'll!
Thank you for the upload. Very relaxing to watch
Glad you enjoyed it
Now this is quality tv watching! ❤ty John
WOW, those tomatoes 🍅 sure looked beautiful! AND, DELICIOUS! ❤
i just love good solid hard working careing loving friendly people... god bless you
They have a serious system going on! Especially as small is the kitchen area is.
Yes they are!
This reminds me of the country store /last supply market. In Otter Creek Florida. They have a small kitchen. But they make the best biscuits .Sausage, egg bacon, etc ...Whatever you want from scratch.. They offer other menu items. But definitely have the best biscuits. Thank you for highlighting and reviewing these American treasures!! Hopefully you can do a review on that place.
Very cool! Thanks for sharing this authentic experience, brother!
The wife and i have been there, good food and good service!!
