Not a carbonara friends not sure how people can praise this although it may be a delicious pasta sauce- it's not carbonara-it's like eating vanilla pudding and saying you had yogurt - why would you do that. If this is you- do yourself a favor- learn to make a real carbonara with spaghetti - you owe it to yourself - it's very simple with 4 or 5 ingredients and no cream or milk The real one is sublime and very satisfying to make. ❤
