I am not a fan of Ms. Marjorie, but I like the way she cook this "Simple Carbonara"... hindi maarte ang ingredients, may plano kasi ako magluto ng carbonara na hindi masyadong magastos, and I think ito yung hinahanap kong recipe, kaya ito ang gagayahin ko... 😅🥰😋

I think all of them are good mothers naman same as gretchen and claudine. Its just that hindi lang siguro sila nagkakasundo magkakapatid. They have their own reasons and what we know is just based on top of the ice berg so we should not judge them nalang siguro.

While this is not the original carbonara, this is the type of carbonara that I love to cook for the family because of how approachable and homey it is. The only difference from my recipe is that I use parmesan cheese and a little bit of butter. The original Italian carbonara will not work for family style kasi it is no loner delicious after quite some time it has been cooked. Because of the raw egg, it should be immediately consumed. Eh sa atin pa naman, we cook a lot tapos maya’t maya ang kain so pangmaramihan dapat. Plus the original version is stressful to do because to make it creamy, you don’t put cream but you use pasta water and twist the pasta multiple times to activate the starch and make the sauce creamy white. It’s too much work and it will not be appealing to kids. KUDOS also to Marjorie kasi di nya nilagyan ng green peas, ham & bell pepper. Those I feel like are unacceptable. And I have seen others also put hotdog, that’s a no-no haha.
