  • The Pandemic shut us down March 2020. I needed a project. This carving was my first and this is a video of me showing it to you. I have not shown many people this carving. This is my show and tell.
    Enjoy!
    Andy

Brother I wouldn't sell that carving. Just because it's your first "bigger" carving. Not that it's really big. I just feel like I would regret getting rid of one of my earlier woodworking projects. Jmo. IDK though. Nice work my friend. Take care. And until next time.

Looks really nice Andy. A few thoughts...I’m against a video using a dangerous tool-no matter how much you emphasize it’s dangerous, people will still be encouraged to use it rationalizing that now that they know it’s what to look out for, they can do it safely. Second, please don’t sell it. If you want to go down that road, use it to advertise making a custom piece or duplicate art pieces. You only have one first..first kiss, first love, first loss, etc. Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your journey with us.

Thank you for watching and leaving the comment. I think videos showing dangerous tools are good. Just like we used to have safety Stan downs when someone got hurt. This way we know the danger and can use our freedom of choice to either stay clear or use it safely as possible.
Good advice on selling it. Not sure I could part with it anyway lol. Take care!
