Couple of my favorite maps:
BF2 + Map: Strike at Karkand + Wake Island
BF2 Special Forces + Map: Warlord + Ghost Town
(do u remember about all the "Patches" ? )
Good mods but many of them the bots are too dumb and spam several in the same location or walk in large groups and when that's not the case you start the game with all the bots already inside your base!
