We need to make a petition or something like that. Seriously, I played battlefield 1, hardline multiplayer and it's literally unplayable. It's either the lag or some try hard players who always give the newbies hard time. I don't enjoy multiplayer games, they seriously need to add bots.
Servers are dying on battlefield 1 already. Dice are implementing instant action maps into battlefront 2 right now, maybe that's a sign of things to come...
No need to reconfigure the installed settings, just select the multi-player and local host, select coop and set the number of the bots as you want, important to set the number of real player as 1, unless it waits for another player to join, set the difficulty of the bots as 10 to 100

@MRTIM0717 right click on the txt file and click properties. Then make the txt file write and read ( normally it would be read only) also if u still have troubles try opening it with admin rights.

hey man...how did u get those extra maps ? i downloaded some (breaking point,Red Dawn etc) but they dont work after i place them in the levels folder and launch the game and select the particular new map i added to play..it loads and then crashes help me man and if possible can you plz send me link to download few(working) maps
is this really worth doing though? I mean how smart are the bots? Do the sniper ones snipe from a distance, do the medics heal you, do the engineers place charges and mines etc? I have a feeling that they will all most likely charge in like headless chickens...

ok so the bots worked but i thought this video would let us play on the actualy 64 sized map and not the little map. But this still worked for me so yeah good enough

You should make sure that the text file isn't Read Only.Right click on it and make sure that the Read Only check box IS NOT checked.If this won't help then sorry i can't think out of nothing else.
Ima help u my guy, just copy paste "AIDefault"on the desktop, follow the editing on the vid, then just move n replace it on the "AI" folder Hope it helps :)
