yeah and the only change is decent in bfv is the pouches except the damaged health it is great someone can smack me with a health pouch and i can smack them with a ammo pouch and we'd get health and ammo on the go while we run
Shark24 many people say that but it isnt that perfect. Grenades should have a lower blast radius, there should be a health bar, needs better hit detection, snipers fire too slow, some maps like isla inocentes and valparaiso have wayy too little cover and others lose it too quickly cuz a transport heli can destroy a 2 story building in like 20 sec and normal nades as well as rpg, c4 and 400mm gl can destroy walls so maps turned into flat surfaces, also spotting is broken overpowered. Pump shottys are also useless without quick switch. Defenders should also have a longer respawn timer cuz it was 1000x easier to defend cuz u practically spawned in line of sight of the mcom. Magnum ammo should be removed aswell cuz it made everything else in that slot pointless exscept the EXPLmk2
srba Perfect is not fun. That's what DICE isn't picking up on. All of the weapon balancing they've been doing in BF4 and BF1 is garbage. The games with the most OP guns, BF3 and Bad Company 2, are what people refer to as the best games.

The best thing about BF:BC2 is that DICE didn't really take it too seriously. Sure, some of of the shenanigans you could pull off weren't realistic but who cares! That's where the fun is at! As long as the game is balanced decently, let us have our fun
one of my favorite memories of the multiplayer was getting into a sniper battle that consisted of 3 from my side and 3 from the enemy and varying amounts of supportive teammates from both sides who thought charging across the open frozen river was a good idea. Lasted so long, really tense when both were tryna sight each other.
1. BC2 was one of the last games (if not the last, can't remember) to actually acknowledge your BF Veteran status and give you benefitz 2. You could physically destroy MCOMs instead of having to plant charges, allowing different tactics for rush and making rush actually fun 3. Every class had its own appeal; there were recon mains, support mains, engi mains, and assault mains, instead of BF1 where everybody's using whatever's OP in the current patch 4. NO DROPSHOTTING, I MISS THIS EVRY DAY ;_; 5. Vehicles were fun af (smooth flying in BC2 and BF3, fun and functional AA, memey quads and jeeps) 6. Destroying vehicles was satisfying af 7. RPGs were the shit 8. There was a fuckin science to C4 and bringing down buildings, which collapsed different every time, while we have shit destructibility in BF3, 4, and 1 9. Somehow the Frostbite engine felt better on this game than now 10. Great map variety; from Nelson Bay to Arica Harbor, there was great balance - both during games with the memorable environments, and between games as the game offered great snow maps, great desert maps, and more. I believe that "what made BC2 fun" was the concentrated quality in map design. IIRC the Bad Company series was focused on consoles and their smaller server sizes, and every game felt fun because there would always be moments where some crazy shit was going down. There were only 50 levels yet people played the shit out of this game. They didn't need lots of bullshit unlocks, battlepacks, or DLC to keep people playing. The GAMEPLAY was fun and they changed the series too much to keep people coming back. As a wise man once said in an Argonne Forest server I was on, "You don't play Battlefield to win, you just play it." While this still holds true for some, BF doesn't have the same appeal as 1942, 2142, or BC2. They sold out for short-term interest from casuals and that's how BF1 died so quickly. Edit: To add to the bottom part, I remember they had a series of "Battlefield Moments" videos or something like that. It could be that I was a naive teenager, but I don't recall the videos being scripted. BC2 was like playing a Ubisoft multiplayer trailer (the ones with the paid actors pretending to be tactical and then some cool, engaging shit happens), except shit actually went down like that. That kind of action just doesn't happen anymore in Battlefield.
Steven Graham The maps were the best in both BC1 and BC2. That is the most important thing for me. I think people like you and I could explain to the developers what made both of them so much fun.
I've been a playing both BC1 and 2 on console and still do from time to time. And the funny thing is that far more people are playing BC1 these days. There are never any problem finding servers. As far as gameplay goes nothing beats BC2 but BC1 hade better maps in my opinion. But one thing you forgot to mention was that BC2 had the best DLC ever, Vietnam!

It's easy what made it so good. Good net code for one. Second, every gun, weapon, car, explosive, helicopter, etc were hard to master and the easy things didn't let you go in kill streaks longer than 3 kills. Carl Gustav would help you get a few kills but not take down a helicopter with ease. Helicopters were pretty easy to use but hard to use in a smart way, etc
LOL... no. You're just bad at the game. Dude... I could go 30 and 5 sniping. The Gus... combined with the ump... 30 and 5. Could go 60-2 in the hind. 3 kill streaks was for kids who ran with a squad of guys better than them and you just got lucky sitting in the gunner seat in the tank with someone like me. Stop talking.
trea20 Well I dont have more money than your mom prolly.. But I dont want you to destroy your xbox are you crazy... Your behavior tells me you suck :D. Just relax .. breathe all will be fine one day.
My point proven. Look at you. Dodging me like a little bitch. So typical. Could you possibly come up with any more excuses? I doubt it. You look like a fucking coward running from me
Do you remember the helicopter people at the a desert map (forgot the name its been so long) that would just do donuts in the air and base camp for the whole game?
What a fantastic game. The first one was freakin great too. The amount of hours I poured into this and BF3. Then BF4 came and I walked away for good. I just couldn’t get into the hyper player customization. I prefer more effort put into gameplay and map design rather then a million plus patches and a CTE just to balance the game and make it work.
On 360, Vietnam is dead, as is Squad Rush (though nobody liked that shit anyway). There's a very small amount of the same people playing Rush/Conquest and SQDM, but it's still not satisfactory.
When did I say BF1 is dead? The game has hundreds of thousands of players across all platforms and is still getting new DLC. BF:BC2 is alive on PC, can't speak for consoles though.
My first ever battlefield game was 1942 back when every one started hyping up the next battlefield in mid 2014 it's still the only battlefield game I've played
I played this Battlefield first, but I did also play the first Bad Company and loved that game too. The OG Battlefield games were so much fun man, I miss playing them especially BF3 and BF4.
I remember when i play bc 2 as a kid there was this one jungle map that had a tank and behind it was a small hill covered in trees and bushes so I just through c4 on the tank and just wait for enemies to enter the tank then I just blow them up. It was hilarious
i can tell u why it was so good, and so can millions. For me, it was the gunplay. It's fluent, weapons dont feel heavy. Being good feels really good and not cumbersome. Realistic or not, it did the arcadeish gun play JUST RIGHT. Later more arcadey iterations don't do the gunplay and movement right. Another thing is simplicity. Smaller scale fights, maps, just feel way better. Idk what the obsession with 935350897350897 vs 5398359835783478034 is. It's fucking cncer if u r actually a person who likes to get good at games and not just play an hour for fun.
8:35 I'll never forget bitching on Ventrilo about how stupid the shotguns were and this other kid getting mad because he was using it. So I got fucking mad, I loaded up the NS2000 and kitted it out - first shot I fired was on a Blackhawk Heli from 800m away and by just aiming at the general vicinity I got the headshot. Immediately suicided and switch back to what I was using.
dmrc43 i miss gold crates instead of m-coms. Loved it when the ingots flew out when it blew up....and that tiny little bit where you could get shot by a tank and just epi pen the shit out of yourself back to normal!!!
Lol I started with BF 1942. I still remember how my friends, who are not that good at shooters (and neither am I), raged at me asking how the hell I was able to snipe them across half the map with an assault rifle. Ah, good times...
I remember getting into the trees as a sniper, up on top of the canopies, and just destroying people, to the point of hackusations and salt. Ahh, the good ol days... Hands down the best battlefield game ever. Ever.
Badjur, I've been a fan of the channel since early/mid 2011 and watched pretty much every vid before I even had a RUclips account. Shark24 And still people bitch about shotguns and ande spam in BF1 while it's awesome in BC2? See that logic..

Stop talking.
trea20 u cant kill more than two guys in whole game
oh yea? then play me. ill put that shit in right now and fucking make you regret even talking to me
trea20 Well I dont have more money than your mom prolly.. But I dont want you to destroy your xbox are you crazy... Your behavior tells me you suck :D. Just relax .. breathe all will be fine one day.
My point proven. Look at you. Dodging me like a little bitch. So typical. Could you possibly come up with any more excuses? I doubt it. You look like a fucking coward running from me
This is by far my favorite fps multiplayer game to date. Even if they release it again in a "remaster", i'll get that shit.
I started with Battlefield 2. I feel old nao..
i started with battlefield vietnam, the 2004 one
i feel like a old hipster
Do you remember the helicopter people at the a desert map (forgot the name its been so long) that would just do donuts in the air and base camp for the whole game?
My favourite one. BF2's teamplay and scale with the humour of the Bad Company series would be perfect for me.
ExcyTeGaming me to brother
"Until we find a better bf game" *6 years ago*
That aged well...
I'm Really happy that he's got back to bfbc2
I was actually playing btbc2 just as I watched this video
BF1942 was my first :)
I miss the giant boat battles and driving submarines :(
Augusto Konrad wow...a veteran
woody
Augusto Konrad best battlefield along with bf2 and the bad companies. Tbh, I really like bf1
My first battlefield was Battlefield heroes....R.I.P
Black Pearl I played the shit out of that game, had 6 lvl 30. Get reminded about it every now and then & wish I could jump back on for a round or 2.
Black Pearl My first Battlefield was BFP4F, miss that game.
I'm still mad they shut it down
Holyshit I fucking forgot about that game. Played that for a whole summer once when I was younger and have no regrets.
WilhelmScreamer Oh yea, I'm just as mad.
Cheese has holes
More cheese = More holes
More holes = Less cheese
More cheese = Less cheese
Jesus.

Viggo Svefors same was looking for this comment. Yeah bwoi lol
*sprays kid with airsoft gun in the back* everyone stares at him as kid is on the ground screaming
Viggo Svefors
Kid : *AGHHHHHHHHHH*
*"Dude, what the heck!?"*
Can you make a video on the single player like the one you did for the OG bad company?
No cuz bf bc1 had a way better campaign
I am struggling to comprehend what you just said.
But the BC2 campaign was still better than the Battlefields that came out after it.
Haggs talking about how sarge is african was funny as fuck
My first battlefield was battlefield 4 watching you play bad company makes me wanna play it
It's alive and well on PC, I don't know about consoles though.
On 360, Vietnam is dead, as is Squad Rush (though nobody liked that shit anyway). There's a very small amount of the same people playing Rush/Conquest and SQDM, but it's still not satisfactory.
SinceCelery UrGarden If you consider Bad company 2 alive, then BF1 is alive
When did I say BF1 is dead? The game has hundreds of thousands of players across all platforms and is still getting new DLC. BF:BC2 is alive on PC, can't speak for consoles though.
SinceCelery UrGarden It's extremely dead on consoles
Spawn rape is a major issue on BFBC2 now. It's ridiculous.
started with 1942 and Vietnam those are still my favorite lan party games to date (im 15 btw)
Oh I remember Vietnam.
Oh the fun with Flamethrowers
"He burned my patch"
Fucking gold.
Whos here during Covid 19 remembering when you were young rushing home to go on a xbox live chat to tell some kid your doing his mom
Ahhhh good ol days when i wasnt an adult that had to pay bills XD
Yeah man times are tough, especially when no one gives you any recognition for being the bad ass anymore
0:26 wow this was an early preview of battlefield 2042
*kid screaming on ground*
"Whyd you do that?"
He burned my patch.
Pussi
My first ever battlefield game was 1942 back when every one started hyping up the next battlefield in mid 2014 it's still the only battlefield game I've played
Sad
Bc2 is and most likely will always be my most favorite mp fps
TheRussianBadger : get gamer supps
KSI : get Cfuel
Me : ... well fuck, i guess i’ll have to get them both
I miss spelled the product as Cfuel cause i dont want people thinking im trying to advertise for the company we all know im reffering to

I don't do bits and pieces
Michelle Balch well done
Gimme yo sandwich Milosh!
best Battlefield ever
AustrianKronos but too many hacers and hard to play if yoy havent play in months
THAT WAS YOU!
My first battlefield game was bfbc2 I actually got a headshot with an m24 on my first match. Been in love with it since(Arica harbour)
I played the medal of honor way back in grade school, wow was the start it deserves my hate
I am still surprised that this video has not died even the coments are still alive and who else has heard about the leeks of bad company 3 WHO ELSE
i can tell u why it was so good, and so can millions.
I miss this game so much
Life goes on and kids wont know what they missed out on.
@@SharkVisionStudiounfortunately very true 😔
0:22 is an acurate representantion of North Koreas fire power
Take that North Korea bet you can't launch a missile 1 centimeter
1:00 Nice shot, enemy's down
8:35 I'll never forget bitching on Ventrilo about how stupid the shotguns were and this other kid getting mad because he was using it. So I got fucking mad, I loaded up the NS2000 and kitted it out - first shot I fired was on a Blackhawk Heli from 800m away and by just aiming at the general vicinity I got the headshot. Immediately suicided and switch back to what I was using.
Badjur not even shouting out BFBC1 nerds. Thanks I'm gonna cry in my awesome childhood corner
ioplup bc1 was like Crack I swear.
Yeah pretty much tbh
dmrc43 i miss gold crates instead of m-coms. Loved it when the ingots flew out when it blew up....and that tiny little bit where you could get shot by a tank and just epi pen the shit out of yourself back to normal!!!
4:02 is that a cameo from Jonny Etcho aka Appsro (neebs gaming) ? haha
Yea
Lol I started with BF 1942. I still remember how my friends, who are not that good at shooters (and neither am I), raged at me asking how the hell I was able to snipe them across half the map with an assault rifle.
Ah, good times...
Oh no! Air Raid on Airfield!!
I remember getting into the trees as a sniper, up on top of the canopies, and just destroying people, to the point of hackusations and salt. Ahh, the good ol days... Hands down the best battlefield game ever. Ever.
I played a modded vietnam server, and the background helicopters were replaced by tanks. It was beautiful.
Why does no one talk about bad company 1?
mark monisse Because PC virgins can't play that. So they don't wanna talk about it.
I love that game so much. Broke my heart that it wasn't on PC, with a server browser and larger battles.
Pc virgins ? Fucking idiot i play it on my pc, ever heard of emulators ?
Conner in the Dark what emulator? There aint no xbox 360 or ps3 emulators that work good
Conner in the Dark ps3 emulator = ps3
This was such a good battlefield, I played BF3 and enjoyed it a lot but in hindsight for whatever reason, BC2 was still better
This vid has so much lasting power. I realized I’d already seen this like two mins in, finished it. Also… still no bc3. How? Why?
Badjur, I've been a fan of the channel since early/mid 2011 and watched pretty much every vid before I even had a RUclips account. I miss the Bad Company commentaries and the phrase "GIVE ME YO SANDWICH" being yelled into the mic after every kill with a knife. Bring it back you catfish before the German viewers complain about how you still haven't made that all German commentary yet.
Oliver Rachwal I just got hit with the biggest nostalgia bomb ever.
Mmmm gimme some of that OG Badger with the BFBC2
I remember the good old bcb2sdays 🤗
For anyone curious, one of the removed songs (plays around 6:20) is "The Girl (stonebank remix)".
Why is everybody talking about a remastered version of BC2, just reinstall it. There's still servers with enough people up, usually. Also modding is a thing in bc2 since a couple of years already so all we need is some non-carls coming back to the game!
Everytime I hop on my xbox360, there's a full game ready without fail.
Because people want they game they love back with pretty graphics, probably?
I need to go to the Gas Station and get some BEPIS immediately ...
Me gustav
