I would guess 900-950whp. Doesn’t sound like it has a converter. Just good ol low end torque. I imagine yours will probably run a similar e/t with your latest mods. Your lesser low end torque works to your advantage as far as hooking up the first 60’. Sounded like this guy wasn’t wot in 1st gear maybe 50-60% throttle paddle shift a tad early and mat it in 2nd gear. Matter of fact I know he wasn’t wot in 1st gear as even my 800+whp fries 1st gear wot even on the et street r’s.
So this car makes 1000whp you would say?
With the pulley sey we ran on this it was approx 965rwhp. Car has made more but we did not run it with that combo.

Great run, but something should have been said about that Nova 🤔 it won that race.
The ZL1 caught the Nova on the top end.

965rwhp on this set up and a soft launch in first gear. Stock converter.

Stupid aero mods that look ridiculous and kill performance over 120 mph. Those need to go. Cool car otherwise
The Aero is stock as this is a ZL1 1LE. This does slow the car down, but this car is road raced at Road America and other midwest tracks as well.
@@nickeyperformance93 gotcha. I knew it came stock just saying id remove it if focusing on drag racing. thats pretty cool it does both
