    First knot I learned was the cobra weave , made a rifle sling , turned out great , amazing how many patterns and uses you find for para cord

      I try to keep plenty of it around, I also keep some other kinds of cord around for macrame projects.

    This is the winner if you ask me. I like this one the best. It reminds me about the japanese style wraps on samurai swords. Very classy. Looks awesome. The annotations on your vids still make the video Scott. Really like that. Cheers Mark.

      DutchKnifeGuy Thanks, this is my favorite too. I know a few others but I wanted to keep it simple, the others are kinda complicated. I like doing the annotations too, kind of an outlet for my poor sense of humor. God Bless, Scott

    This wrap is how i wrap my Survival bush point basically. Good job and a nice wrap that fits a hand pretty well.

    Think that is what I need is a vise when wrapping my bush point when home, at least in the bush I can stick it in a tree...lol...Thanks Again Brother for reminding me at your video....

      You are welcome. You don't need a vice, you could use a c-clamp or something and clamp it to a table.

      @@hershel_van6546 I hope my video was helpful. The main thing to remember is to keep everything tight as you go. It may take a couple tries, it did for me.

      I have no idea, I saw a version of it somewhere and tinkered with paracord till I was happy with the end result. Please let me know if you find out.

      @@akajd5907 I didn't get it from a video. I believe it was a cheap knife that I got somewhere, it had a poor wrap and I wanted to redo the wrap with better cord. That video did help my memory though.

      Just completed a another forend handguard rail wrap using the Two Color Wide West Country Whipping Knot (10min 13sec) in OD Green & Black. Love it. Running out of rifles and shotguns to wrap. LOL.
