Vertx Phantom LT Tactical Pants

The Vertx Phantom LT Tactical Pants are great and can be used in numerous applications. Vertx Phantom LT Tactical Pant is the pant you want when you want to be anti-tactical, yet tactical. Yup, Vertx has created a bi-polar pant! When it comes to being tactical, I have changed my thoughts on it. I went through a phase of being "Tacticool" if you will, and nowVtx2 I just want to not even be on the radar. Great review. Wasn't sure which cargo pants to get next. Have a decent, very inexpensive pair. But they're far from low-profile. These seem ideal. Thanks for the heads-up about getting a size larger.

I wear the Phantom LT every day and we sell them in the store. I love them; they run true to size and they BREATH!

I just received my first pair of Vertx Phantom LT Pants and I thought the pleats sewn in to the outer leg seams were mistakes. I'm sure glad I watched your video. Now I know that those pleats are what create the articulated knees.
The only other comment I would add is that I wish I could just throw these pants into the dryer with my 5:11s, instead of hanging them wet on a hanger to air dry. This is how my mom dried pants back in the fifties.

+William Saunders I have the shorts version of these pants (they are the same material as the pants as far as I know) and I dry them all the time. I haven't noticed any problems with them.

I wear these too and noticed the same thing about the size. I normally wear a 36" and these are too tight in 36". I just ordered a pair of 38". Love them tho.

I have the 5.11 and Proper pants, and these Vertx pants are MUCH better in the fit department. Both the 5.11 and Proper pants lack gusseted knees which cause them to ride up when I kneel or sit.

HumbleCowboy92 it's pretty well known that the type of bracelet he is wearing is for mia/kia. The army actually changed their jewelry policy to allow for the wear of them in uniform. Not really I huge deal that you didn't know but if you wanted to be a nice guy you could just apologize.
