50 Year Old man Billy Thomas and Jennifer Bailey Sleep with my Son - POLICE BODY CAM FOOTAGE -5/1/22

This video is extremely important, as it proves beyond a shadow of doubt something I have been trying to show the Courts. I have been wrongfully accused of "teaching my son sexual things" by my Ex Wife, an Evil woman named Jennifer Rae Bailey, my son's mother, and founder of the Holistic Festival in Plano. This FRAUD got a new boyfriend and immediately got pregnant after only dating him for two months starting July 2021. Jennifer had been inviting this man over to her house to sleep with her and my son Nicolas Herrera. My son started crying to me in August 2021, telling me that Billy was sleeping in bed with him. He was telling me that he didn't like it, and that he wanted ME to come home and stay with him.
My son started showing me signs of learning inappropriate sexual things that he was 100% learning from Jennifer and Billy. I finally reported them the Police and CPS on September 21, 2021, AFTER I served Jennifer Divorce papers on September 15. Just days after I called the Police and CPS opened an investigation on Jennifer and Billy, Jennifer went to the Courts and filed a frivolous Application for Temporary Restraining Order on me, claiming that I was "teaching my son sexual things"! She had NO evidence of this of course, and clearly she was retaliating against me for discovering the truth about her and her new boyfriend Billy, and because I reported her to CPS. The Court immediately Restrained ME, and took my son away from me. I was put on Supervised Visits for an entire year.. and it has been a living Hell for me and my son.
On May 1, 2022, my son showed up to my visit with a huge CLAW MARK and abrasion on his eye. I immediately asked him what happened, and my son looked me in my face and said, "My Mommy Slapped me. I'm scared Daddy." The supervised visitor was standing right there and heard the whole thing, and wrote the notes down. I comforted my son, and told him not to worry, that Daddy was here for him. Then I hugged my son and we played. That evening I called CPS and reported child abuse, because my son made an outcry of abuse to me. Then I called the Police to report the child abuse, and asked for a Police welfare check on my son. I specifically told the Police to check his face and his eye up close, and I told them to walk in his bedroom because he had been telling me that BILLY THOMAS was sleeping in his bed with him.
What you are witnesses here, is that exact Police Welfare Check on my son. Notice that that lights are all completely out in this house, because everyone is asleep. Watch closely and see who answers the door (his grandmother Emma Zinn). Listen to this woman tell the Police that I am making a "Fake" report and harassing them, because I "Do this all the time for no reason". Then watch as this woman guides the Police down the hallway, PAST my son's bedroom and to his mother bedroom. Watch them turn on the lights and out walks BILLY THOMAS, who was sleeping in bed with my son. LISTEN CAREFULLY at what he says to the Police when he walks out... "I sleep in THIS room over here..." as he points to my son's room the just passed. So Billy just admitted to the Police that he sleeps in my son's room, after he was busted in Jennifer's bed with my son. I CAUGHT THEM FINALLY.
Listen to these disgusting humans talk about me as if I am some deranged lunatic for calling the police "without reason". Watch these ignorant Police totally DISMISS the fact that they just caught a 50 year old man in bed with my son, and they said or did nothing about this, even though I reported the possible sexual misconduct and inappropriate sexual behavior of Jennifer and Billy in front of my son. Watch how they don't even check my son's eye and injury he sustained. I just reported child abuse, and they didn't even look at my son's face! Listen to these LIARS act like a victim and pretend that they are innocent of any wrong doing. Listen to them LAUGH and MAKE JOKES, claiming that I am harassing her! She claims her "bad fingernail" hit my son, and it was an "accident". Then she admits that the Supervised Visitor even called her to WARN HER that I was going to "have a problem" with her hitting my son!! The Court is HELPING Jennifer abuse him! I finally got the evidence I needed to show the court that I was telling the truth this entire time!
GET THIS... We had our Final Jury Trial on March 1, 2023, and both Jennifer Bailey and Billy Thomas LIED in front of the Jury, and told the Court that Billy never sleeps with my son. The judge denied me my right to DEFEND myself and he refused to let me play this video. I am sharing this video publicly now to show the world that Jennifer Bailey and Billy Thomas are LIARS, and have committed Fraud upon the court. I have hired a New attorney and we filed a Motion for New Trial, as the Court abused it discretion and denied me my right to a fair trial. These people are mentally sick, and they need to stop abusing my son.
