I have a question..When I choose for a university I see that I have to put my knowledge of the english language, whereby I have to do the English test..Is it neccesary to do that now in order to apply before the 3rd of november, because I read thay applicants may not do pre-seccional courses?
And must I put the writings of my referees, now in order to apply for a university? Or can I still aplly withouth filling in the sectiong of referees and the Toefl task now?

... Not necessarily an edge but they understand the need for family during studies and give more financial support for candidates to bring their spouse and children with them. Several German scholarships do such. Check www.daad.de for scholarships in Germany.
