    Love the gardens you visited and the music with it.. this little video slowed my head right down and gave me some wonderful peaceful Ma..Thankyou! ❤

    Loved this Uzma, all the things you talk about, negative space, stillness, balance, staying in the moment, being present. Ipractice in my yoga daily and teach others around me. Stillness is something people struggle with, this is a wonderful video and will visit these gardens some day ❤
