The defense is atrocious. Damn near 20 shots in the first period. They barely had the puck in the offensive zone to give the defense a break as well. Several times clearing attempts failed. Several times the puck wasn't dumped behind the opposing defense. Several times 3-4 Flames in front of the net to the sharks 1. It's bad.
This team is missing experience…. They’re basically kids with a few veterans mixed in and they’re playing against grown men… NHL teams with experience…. A young team can’t grow without going through some setbacks…. Just keep playing hard… The Sharks compete… They will be way better next year.
