    If you have something sturdy, you can always stand on it if the anchor point is too high. Obviously, make sure that what you are standing on is study and doesn't slip. Maybe one of those jumping/plyometric platforms that people use.

    What's the difference between this way and anchoring the bands u Der your feet ?

      I'm no pro but what I have found is it seems like it creates more tension then just having the band under your feet.

      You are correct. I do something similar, but this method shown is still limited in the amount of resistance you can do overall.

      @@RTB_1234 IMHO, if you are using a heavy band and you put it under your feet, then you are creating stress on your foot/ankle whereas having it anchored eliminates that stress.
      Under your feet works well if you're using a light band so that it does create stress in your foot and if you're outside or someplace that you can't anchor to anything.
