Unfortunately this cart cannot be bought as far as I know. It is off of a store-bought cart from a friend who did not need it. I just had to figure out what components I needed to fill in all the empty space. Many people have been asking and some have found the Milwaukee 600lb P-handle cart to work really well

Will this work on a 2-3gpm pressure washer?
wondering the same thing what is the GPM this will produce? Debating if I will have to run this into my water tank or direct to the kranzle.

You’ll be getting less than a gallon a minute in the end. I would never personally consider this an option either, as pressure washing is not going to clean a window. Also if you’re pressure washing a surface, I don’t see much/any benefit to having this clean of water. The reason for this is a spot free rinse at the end of scrubbing a window on a pole. (Note, the window is not the thing on the pole, the scrubber is.😅)

Why do you not use a sediment filter before the carbon ? I use to build ro/di systems for the window cleaning /mobile detailing and a few other industries. Sediment filters would help and work much better especially for those with well water. if your incoming water is in the 500ppm your RO is working close to 91% - 92% range . How long is your DI lasting before its exhausted ? As far as your bypass ball valve its kinda misleading for those that are looking to build a RO/DI unit which could ruin a RO Membrane pretty quick that are not familiar . I would think your using the Axeon HF5 since its a low pressure RO that runs on 80psi. Hopefully you didnt take this post wrong .
I’ve considered it, but haven’t acted yet on the sediment filter. It’s a great idea, I just haven’t seen the need for anything more.
The DI lasts about 20 hours or so for me. That is very much an estimate. I change every 3-4 months on the DI. I should have been closing down the condensate water more like you mentioned in my other post. Also good point on the ball valve, assuming you mean on the center tap. I should never actually need that to be closed partially, however when I shut the system down for the weekend, I prefer to have more failsafes for any possible leakage. These things get a lot of abuse, and it’s easy to create a leak somewhere. My 4Runner thanks me all the time when it stays dry inside. Good points though! If you have any other tips, please keep ‘em coming. I am thinking about doing a rebuild of this using 2 21” membranes to save space in the truck.
Maybe try a inline pump to boost up your pressures so the membrane can filter better as it would also give you more wfp line pressure as it would cut down on the rinse time for each window. You have nothing to lose by adding a sediment filter and its a cheap add on 2,5"x10
5 micron and a clear housing so that way you can see when you need to change it out, Hopefully your charging enough on your jobs to account for the cost for the DI as that gets pretty pricey in a years time !
@@completemotorcyclerescue2583 for sure. This thing has enabled us to take on enormous homes that we couldn’t do otherwise. It’s worth it just to stay on a job all day. The DI has been very minimal over the last couple years.

you can’t get this cart. it’s an original from Tucker that a buddy of mine had left over. Try a Milwaukee 600lb. I’ve heard a few guys do well with that one.

How much does it cost to build
One of my buddies built it for around $500 after using all plastic fittings. But you could probably get away with $700 nowadays with all metal fittings. I have the documents with all the info here

As a newbie maybe you could explain terminology words you’re using, “RO” etc, can’t follow instructions if people don’t know what they mean.

Good point. A little late to do that now, but I’ll keep it in mind. Honestly, this was made for someone who’s already done a lot of research and realizes they don’t want to but retail.
