Just want to say thank you to you and your team for getting us so much content with other touring professionals. More than any other person or media group for disc golf you give fans so many different outlets for us to watch and listen to our favorite touring players. There aren't a lot of spaces online yet for people to get a good feel for the personalities and insights of the touring pros, and it really feels like you are making them more accessible. You have spoken a lot about how frustrating your season has been throughout 2023 but you add so much value to the tour and deliver so much entertainment for us viewers. Your hard work and commitment to the sport is doing a lot to drive disc golf as a whole further and I hope you realize what an impact it has had for those of us at home. Thanks to everyone involved, from the youtubes to the podcast.
My brother and I flew up from washington state in 2022 to play the course and stayed for a week. Was such a great time hitting maple hill and then exploring boston!
Brodie's got a mouth but I do hate seeing this kind of comment. He's a good dude who cares about the game. He's not the shithead the Internet makes him out to be. Yea, he does love to talk, no doubt... He is 100 percent a good dude though. He's not for everyone but I really doubt there's any malice in his heart.
@@esbe2729 some people just have a stupid amount of energy, and have a hard time holding back when they have something to say. I do the same thing to people, but I try not to, and I feel bad when I talk over people. I'm sure he works on talking less so as to not completely dominate every convo, but it still comes across as over the top.
Watching yall together. Simon throws effortless distance and trusts the disc to do its job. Brodie is a power thrower who relies on himself to do the job. And Ezra is a mix of power and accuracy with good intentions. 😅
I've even heard a similar quote attributed to Thomas Jefferson. It's just like asking Google a really stupid question. Halfway through typing it, you realize that you aren't as unique as you thought. Someone has always asked/said it before you.
I love the discussion of Disk Golf terminology: Calling the target a" basket" vs "the pin" is a good change in the way we talk about it or just call it the target. I would like to see us call the pad a "launch pad" or if there is just a marker then the launch point.
For an Am looking to have a couple of fun days of DG, I can't imagine a more fun course than Maple Hill. Unbelievable variety of tees and basket locations. And it's not just a matter of a short and long tee or moving a basket to the other side of the same green. You can play half a dozen rounds and rarely feel like you're on the same course. And so many unique and fun shots. For me, it's as good as it gets.
Simon balances out this card so well. Makes for an amazing video. “This sidearm wins me tournaments… pre-shout-out” “This sidearm has done nothing in disc golf.”
"anyone who plays ultimate has already clicked off, and nobody plays ultimate anyway" burn baby burn! 😂 The three of you need to do more stuff together. And if you guys all teamed up with Aiden Harris and crew, that would be the most epic vlog in the history of RUclips.
Looks like eagles crossing actually has incredibly simple teepads to make too. Looks like they're just brushed concrete. Theres a special tool a concrete brush for that but you can just take a stiff push broom and get basically the same finish super easy
I was a nat level swimmer once. back then the day after the weeks day off training was the worst! lost like touch a bit to the technique and swimming just did not feel as good. Can totally believe that the same can apply to slinging them discs, and that the lost a little bit of touch can cost distance!
Simon on bonanzas video and after the intro on brodies… he is a savage. He’s been having some bite recently, which is entertaining, but i imagine Simon as to nice nice for quick whited punches 😊
“Wait you’ve seen a round played by an alien?”
“Yeah, Paul McBeth”😂😂
Loved Simon’s shout out to Paul McBeth.
Loved that he cut away instantly in editing. Would have loved to hear the follow-up comments..... or crickets.
😂😂 same "yeah, Paul McBeth..."
Absolutely crisp timing
Flawless victory

Simons disc fidgeting skills are so insane. He so casually flips and spins it around
He’s good a juggling

Great job out there! Sounds like hole 6 might be next years project haha
"You've seen a round by an alien?" Simon literally has a video where he played this course in an alien costume!
12:54 "it's as difficult as Brodie makes it look, not as easy as Simon makes it look" - Ezra
Godlike comment
Woo! Perfect guest for Maple Hill. Excited to watch some Time-Lapse shots!

Brodie: Got it
Ezra: Yikes that was not even close
LOL
Yea that got me rolling too!

Brodie: *"If all three of us make this, I'll give away some discs."*
Simon: *"I think that disc is safe"*
LOL!!!!
Shout out to the MVP Kid!! Landon is gonna be so stoked!
15:40 Simon with the McBeth call out 😂😂
Also, whatever all the pros think of Maple Hill, it will always be my favourite to watch. Brodie’s travel tips were golden.
Paul mcbeth alien comment by simon😂😂😂
Could also apply to Dickerson, not human either lol
🐐👽🥏
This is the best episode yet. Such great camaraderie, chat and agnostic disc talk. Can’t wait for the “Get floaty” 😂
Simon throws the tesla like he used to throw the PD and it's a thing of beauty!
Let's go. Always looking towards the practice rounds.
“The only time I play with cameras is during these practice rounds.”
Absolutely brutal self own, love it Brodie 😂😂
Loved Simon’s shout out to Landon Brooks! I’ve played local dubs with him a couple times and the kid is the real deal!
Disc golf has become a huge part of my life and I'm very thankful for it....all started with watching your videos thanks Brodie
Simon was just itching to tee off on hole 1, but Brodie wouldn't shut up. Lol.
"4-minute intro done? Let's go!"
Welcome to any video or especially podcast brodie is in. Dude just likes hearing himself talk even at the expense of others

Simon did have a tourney last week. He played in the Glitch World Championship
Can’t wait to watch that!
It's posted on gatekeeper media no commentary
@@Eaglemadhatter I saw, and I just finished watching it! Very fun, it would have been cool to see Gannon and Cole play too though.

I laughed out loud when Brodie said "Oh so it's your version of the passion" LMAO!
Woow im a huge simon fan and love your guys practice rounds so this is a treat! Hope hes on again some time, the dynamics are great
I feel so vindicated hearing Simon saying "you throw at a wall of trees and hope for the best. so bad." Thank you, Simon.
Where’s the EZ back half 😂 this video was so goood I wanna keep the train rollin!!!
Let’s go! Always rooting for you and Ezra!
Maple Hill is my personal favorite I’ve ever played hands down

12:00 Simon skips off the tree stump was awesome
Simon and Brodie in the same Video!!. Never clicked faster in my life
“It’s funny cuz it’s sad” was way too funny 😂
I am literally only flying out there from California on the 26th to play Maple Hills and Smugs. We have no other plans other than playing disc golf.
Discraft zeppelin is the glitch in the Discraft line absolutely love mine
The "pi pi pink power ranger" from Ezra got me lol
Simon & Brodie trick shot video when ?
The tag was driving me crazy. Thank you Simon for fixing that 😂
Love the video, as always
"We need to eliminate bad ground play" Lol. I love Simon, but he LOOOOOOVES himself a lot.
Ayyyy, my 3 favorite disc golfers in 1 video :D

Just spectating at Maple Hill is worth the trip.
Good stuff, terrific course.
Let's go fellas!!
Brodie, you gotta go out there round 1 and 2 pushing because I doubt we’re getting rounds 3 and 4. Hurricane Lee on the way.
Saturday looks like it will be alright, but Sunday doesn't look hopeful
Omg y’all wait for 3 min until the vid ends to fix my guys tag on his shirt! That drove me crazy from hole one!!!
We have made it to the #1 ranked course in the world, Maple Hill, for the MVP Open. We played a practice round with a local guy named Simon Lizotte.
Liked before even watching it.
Me too
I put up those walls and feathers on 2 and 3 😊
Ezra rockin the schmedium shirt
@24:10 is that the Kevin Jones hole? Where he kept hitting the tree on the left 😅
Thats hole 15 at Idlewild that tree has his number address social you name it
Izzy shout-out was a funny way to start the video. Lol! D’sean with his ICarly Philly Shell exposed that dude
“He looks like a Power Ranger” 😂😂😂😂😂
Sad to see the change to hole 9. That was one of the most unique and interesting par 4s on tour and now it's unnecessarily difficult
The putt at 11 minutes was glorious.
Best course in the world
Y'all really let Ezra have his tag out the whole front 9 🤣🤣
Ezra just smashes lol him and Simon perfect form
Hole 9

I love how annoyed Simon is with the antics at the top. Me on every doubles-league card...xD
Freakin Simon kills me..."looks like a power ranger"...now all I see is OG Blue ranger Billy when I look at Ezra!
My favorite T pad ever is hole 1 at daceys field. Hawkins woods also has some great T pads in the works
