Ingredients
1)Curd-1cup
2)Water
3)Salt
4)Ashgourd-1 cup
5) Turmeric powder -1/4
6) Green chilli -2+1
7) Coconut -1/3 cup
8)Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
For seasoning
1) Oil -1tbsp
2) Mustard seed -1/4 tsp
3) chopped onions -1tsp
4) Curry leaves -few
5)Dry redchilli -1
6) Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
1 cup is 250 ml
Serve with Rice
