    Ingredients
    1)Raw rice-1 cup
    2)Moog dal-1/3 cup
    3) Garlic cloves -3
    4) Salt
    5) Water
    For seasoning
    1) Ghee -2 tsp
    2) Whole pepper -1tsp
    3) Cumin seeds -1/4 tsp
    4) Curry leaves -few
    5) Cashew nuts -8-10
    6)Dry redchilli -1
    7) Chopped ginger -1/4 tsp
    It serves 3 person
    Use raw rice,it can be jeerakasaala rice or basmati rice or any rice of your choice.
    Jeera rice tastes best.
    If it becomes thick use hot water to make it desired consistency.If it is loose don't worry it will become thick once cooldown.
