What is the criteria to the government to differentiate between the genuine and illegal students?The government plea should not be accepted. Revaluation will not help because besides paper leak, there are allegations of subsequent filling of OMR sheets allegedly by corrupt people. As there are no comparative records of.OMR sheets actually submitted by candidates and the allegedly manipulated OMR sheets based on which final scores are given, it will be nearly impossible to trace such alleged malpractices.
