एक एग्जाम बता दीजिए जो अब तक बिना चीटिंग के संपन्न हुआ हो। मैं तो 1978 से देख रहा हूं , स्टेट बोर्ड, सीबीएसई , ICSE किस बोर्ड किस यूनिवर्सिटी का एग्जाम बिना चीटिंग के संपन्न हुआ है?मैं मानता हूं कि बिना चीटिंग के संपन्न हो ही नहीं सकता। किस 100% ईमानदारी की बात करते है बहुत सारे लोग। अपना जमाना भूल गए । जब वे स्वयं, या उनके दोस्त, या रिलेटिव, या उनके जानने वाले या कोई टीचर या peon किसी न किसी एग्जाम सेंटर पर अपने किसी व्यक्ति या अपने लाभ के लिए चीटिंग कराया होगा। आज अचानक सभी देशवासी ईमानदार कैसे हो जायेगें। दुबारा एग्जाम होगा तो चीटिंग नहीं होगी । इसकी जिम्मेदारी कौन लेगा। नकल कराने वाले कितने इसी न्यायालय द्वारा दिए गए जमानत पर बाहर है या बरी कर दिए हैं।
