    Thanks for keeping me entertained while cat sitting for a friend.
    I found your channel a couple of weeks ago, so I'm playing catch-up 👍

    It is amazing the amount of wildlife that will come up to you. I had a door mouse visit the tent whenever I played my guitar at the edge of a forest.

    Hi guys, as another poster said, 'its nice to see others like me '. Also great to know that I'm not deluded and that others think and feel the same as I do. I sincerely believe this is as close to absolute freedom as you can get in a a society that's governed by capitalism.

    I'm sleeping outside but didn't think I was a nomad. I'd probably take the councils emergency accommodation for the sub zero temp. But then you'd say I'm not a real nomad .
    Don't have a tent so 🤷

      @Lbf5677 we live this way by choice and have done for 10yrs plus. But each to their own, if you need accommodation for your circumstances.. that's cool too. Gots to do what you need to do aye. Keep safe, stay warm and cheers for commenting too. HAPPY HOPPING 👌🏼 👍🏼

    How long do you usually stay at the same camping spot?
    How long have you been living this way?

    • @loghoppers

      @Exploringinuk Bio says it all. But 10yrs plus. And sometimes it depends.... 1 night or 3 months, doesn't really matter to us. HAPPY HOPPING 👌🏼 👍🏼

    Great watch just came across you both. But What's with the Hey Kelly intro?

    • @loghoppers
      @loghoppers  Месяц назад +3

      @neiladcock2758 Cully is an endearing term we use for our subscribers... it is of Irish and Gaelic origin, and the meaning of Cully is "the woods" or as a name it means great chief or hey 👋🏽 or in a female sense, it's means Dove 🕊. So just our little touch on a more heart felt greeting. HAPPY HOPPING 👌🏼 👍🏼

    Hi guys just discovered your channel, have you ever been confronted by a land owner and asked to move on? Also do you get cold when we have very cold weather?

    • @loghoppers
      @loghoppers  2 месяца назад +1

      @ClaraTaylor-te7mj Hey Cully, welcome. We've never been asked to move on by a landowner or such, we don't get discovered. And the cold... keep watching and you'll see soon enough.. 'winters coming' lol.
      Thanks for your comments and support.. HAPPY HOPPING 👌🏼 👍🏼

    sound & vid ok for me. what part of UK you based?. Gloucestershire hasn't got any mountains and everything seems private land or full of people.. often looking for spots while waling dog but hes like a laser and smells everything for hundred meters

      @@patslee1394 we were in forest of dean back in may. We're Nomads, so we move around alot. And never in a place for particularly too long unless we like it and is fruitful to our needs. Keeps watching, like, comment and share and you'll see alot lot more, and will certainly be come Gloucester way again in near future. Thanks Cully 👌🏼👍🏼

    Everything looks so green doesn't it. here is a tip, don't camp under a cliff or anywhere near where any rocks could fall. I've done it and nearly had my face smashed in by a huge boulder. lol

    • @loghoppers
      @loghoppers  5 месяцев назад +2

      @@Dr-Sy being Nomadic, we've been in many a precarious place and yes... Staying under rocks/cliffs is definitely a no no.
      I could have gone into widow makers, running water, high ground vs low, evergreen or broad leaf etc. Perhaps a video could be made about that? Where NOT to camp... I envisage that, probably being quite a funny one.
      Thanks again man, really appreciate your input and interaction. 👌🏼
