Hi, I just want to say that your videos have helped so many people, including me. My parents didn’t understand my mental illness, so I showed them your LIVING WITH SOCIAL ANXIETY video, along with some other research documents, and they finally agreed to therapy.
When I heard about you quitting youtube, it made me really sad, but I understand why you can’t continue. Thank you for this incredible journey, I wish you all the best, and I really hope to see your movies on the big screen some day. 💛

ramble and ramble Hi, thank you very much! before finding out about social anxiety and ocd, i knew something was wrong with me but didn’t know what. because of the ocd, i thought i was crazy. and because of the social anxiety, my parents always told me (jokingly, i hope) that i was autistic. i’ve been struggling with both of those conditions for as long as i can remember, but for the first seventeen years of my life, i didn’t tell anyone, because i know it’s hard to understand for most people, and i don’t want to be seen as crazy in their eyes. kat’s videos have helped me to make conversations with my family, and it only took a year for them to finally understand 😂 mental illness is definitely not a common topic in vietnam, but my parents are incredible beings. anyway, thank you for sharing your story me, i’m really glad to know i’m not alone here 😂

I agree with you, her videos helped me to understand my mental illness. When I showed my parents the video of depression they understand that I was claiming for help because I couldn’tp alone. They could help me and now I think I’m better idk I have my days sometimes I start crying with no reason and they understand that it’s ok that I have to do that to feel better, and my mom finally after 11 years of my illness agreed to therapy.

When I’m in my mania phases I get so self obsessed and cocky and everyone things I’m a stuck up bitch but then when I’m in my depressed state everyone think I’m a boring bitch that sits at home all day in my bed crying and when anyone comes in my room I get pissed and start cussing at everyone. “Don’t be scared of me” that hit me like a ton of bricks.. all my life it’s felt like everyone is afraid of me and it’s just been so painful but I’ve never been able to actually say those words because I’ve always felt so incredibly guilty for doing the things that made them afraid of me.

Your videos has helped me a lot
I'm 18 and struggle with bad OcD ,ADHD and social anxiety
I found your OcD and social anxiety videos and showed my mum

Crazy thoughts and ways of behaviour
My reason for avoiding people and the anxiety I experience all around
I really hope a door opens for you that gives you the ability to make more videos like these
      I truly do
Would love to see one on more mental disorders
Also ADHD would be interesting to see covered and so many more❤💔
