- reshaping and repairing the phillips head screwdriver tool on my gerber multiplier multitool with a simple bench stone. these tips get beat up sometimes and unless you were to call gerber and ask for a replacement, then you are stuck, unless you can fix it. caltoncutlery.com
My leatherman surge gets sooo much use! That Phillips and flat head has saved me so much time and energy it's priceless.
What do you mean the driver bits ? On the Leatherman surge ? Or the main driver's? 👍🏻
That's pretty sweet Joe. Its always great learning from you
Thanks 👍

do you know how to repair a gerber auto plier? Mine will not lock the plier in the retractable position
i dont think any of mine lock the pliers in the closed position either
Hi Mr Calton! I would like to know your opinion about 1095 steel for kitchen knives. Thank you very much.
I love it. holds a good edge, easy to sharpen, patinas well and shows character through the years, great all around kitchen knife steel. about the only time i would suggest something else is if you have lots of humidity in the air where you live and have problems with serious rust, or like the brightness of stainless knives or like pattern welded steel for looks.
@@joecalton1449 thank you very much mr calton!!
