If anything the only way people know how to “fix” themself is by masking their true feelings with alcohol drugs, masking it by working more and money for the wrong reasons.. it’s not fixed it’s masked.. That’s why mental health is rising now because boomers have no idea what it is, and millennials are questioning everything. Things come up like how you were raised, the type of people you used to surround yourself with, childhood trauma, etc. I’m speaking from experience because I was diagnosed with severe depression late, I had it when I was 12 and didn’t know until i had a suicide attempt and it built up early 20s

Jo Ys I doubt it. I listened to this podcast at work. It’s not that I don’t have nothing to do, it’s just that I’ve been doing this job for years and could do it in my sleep. It’s easy to let the podcast play in the background as I get the tasks I need to get done for the day at work. I’m good at what I do so people just leave me alone for the most part and let me do my own thing so no one complains.
