As of Thursday, June 25th, D'elia's team have released some his side of email exchanges with a few girls, including the initial accuser "Simone Rossi." I'll cover these at some in the future but it seems that they were being entirely truthful. Please, stop saying "But the age of consent in most states is 16," like that is a defense. Traveling across state lines to have sex with anyone under 18 is a federal crime. I'm not saying D'elia DID cross state lines to have sex with anyone under 18, but the age of consent in that state wouldn't matter. He would still be a criminal.

I appreciate you making these videos. people talk about this situation but most fail to actually look into it and inform us with info rather than simply giving your opinion on ones guilt. What's weird is how quickly both Bryan and Chris's situation seem to disappear from the news. Aside from the initial drop I haven't heard really anyting in regards to an update.
Props to Theo Von for responding the way he did. He appears to be one of the weirdest guys in that comedy circle, but I feel like he is the only real one and I think it shows in his response. Chris Delia released full screen shots of the convos where he said he wasn't interested when he found out they were under aged. One of them even got in touch with him later saying "I'm 21 now and DTF". I think there's more to it than the allegations say.

I'm all for not guilty until proven. But him having said that a couple of times over dozens of situations won't protect him from all allegations. There is a good chance that he pursued some, and that will be enough. And telling a girl she can't have something is a common baiting technique. She'll want to do it even more after that. The guy is known for being an experienced womanizer. So those specific conversations can get the benefit of the doubt, but it has to be a consistent pattern for him to be cleared. Maybe he was just waiting for them to be 18 sharp, like as young as they possibly could be legally. Anyways so far we know that at best he's a major creep, at worst a criminal.

@@eab2210 I think ignorant is the wrong word. Rogan seems painfully self aware, but his off the cuff remarks make him seem ignorant. It's like if you skip a few episodes of a television show and you dont know how they came to the conclusions that's the characters did. For instance Rogan used to say that there is no positive effect that comes from religion, but having guests on like Shapiro, Peterson, and Sam Harris, he has definitely changed his tune. Cant be man at someone for actively pursuing knowledge.

It's likely archived somewhere. Maybe even just on one person's hard drive. Ten minute podcast is all saved, for example. Way back machine also exists. If it's to do with the law, then it can be easily retrieved from host servers

@@thomasrainbow unless someone makes the effort to archive all the content themselves then if they delete it's not coming back. Also if youtube kept every video that was deleted that's a lot of money to spend on server space for deleted files.
