Brendan was actually one of the first guys on the scene to help Chris get back out there and get the brinks truck backing up again. Was it also done for self-interest to help his show be funny? Yes, but a win-win scenario where they both get good things out of it is good.

I’m a minute in and I have to say this. As someone trying to break out of the open mic stuff, I think strong crowd work is an absolute staple to being a good comedian. I think Chris is a great comedian, but say if you’re losing a crowd i think you can absolutely win them back with solid crowd work. Minus the death of Kramer and Bill destroying Philly 🤣
