For round 9, it does speed up immensly right away after entering hard mode, but after plantera it slows down. Usually to help manage it, I make 4 block wide hellavators prehardmode (6 need the surface) to contain the origanal biomes, although you'll have to make some new ones to block the new evil and hollow biomes created from killing the wall of flesh. Also for #10, the party girl doesn't have harsh lines, which also means its own things.

Didn't cheat btw, was on console) I am doing sort of okay with a multiplayer fargo's eternity mode playthrough. I first noticed the magic mirror recipe while playing calamity. It adds many recipes for things you normally don't craft. Didn't think they actually added it. I also thought of the bone pickaxe for the no stating items one. Chests are everywhere so you got a weapon or accessory and likely some bombs or grenades. It's not that much of a crux.
Bone Pickaxe is a rare drop from a cavern-layer enemy, it's tough trying to get that drop even when you have actual tools to work with. Much easier to just get some surface ores, wood, and stone, or just a bunch of wood for Merchant.
I got the same score and same question wrong, but because I almost never play crimson worlds and so, barely ever fight boc so I never knew about the boc having less health than king slime lol
Round 1: I was playing terraria in a pretty crappy world with a friend of mine using only magic storage as a mod. I couldn't find an extra mirror, but I found out I could craft one, so I got that right. Round 2: I researched the aether in the same playthrough, and I knew it was on the jungle side, especially since trying to find it involved me accidentally entering the underground jungle. Round 3: I knew about the clothier voodoo doll for years and even used it a couple times to try to get certain skeleton drops. Round 4: I wasn't sure, I knew about the mimics, but that fact that junk fishing items don't disintegrate in lava seemed oddly specific, plus I figured they'd make bosses hit you in shimmer to avoid cheesing them. Round 5: I know you can be at the game when starting with nothing because I've seen videos of it being done, either find a surface chest or let the guide kill enough slimes with items to get started. I figured the water thing might be false because reprogramming a potion effect to be situational like that seems like a pain, but I wasn't sure. Round 6: I finally got one wrong. I thought corruption spread through walls just as it did with blocks and I knew you could get different items from moon phases from stores. Round 7: I knew blaze wheels just kind of spin in place if you break the blocks, I did it before. Most spawning dungeon traps despawn upon getting a certain distance away from them. Round 8: I've fished up the enemies in my most recent playthrough and said bloodmoon enemies actually give really good stuff, including a better chance at getting a money trough and a blood rain bow. And I know about legendary difficulty from doing master mode and using seed "for the worthy" I ain't about to try that, but I know of it. Round 9: I've shaken plenty of trees, got fruit mostly, but enemies coming out kinda sucks. I figure you mean if NPCs touch the shimmer, they become alternate sprites, which I know about, so unless that's worded badly, I'm using process of elimination. Plus I don't THINK the biomes spread faster from boss kills anyway. Round 10: I know about female blood moon PMS, it's funny. I think in the legendary seeds, there is a dying in space mechanic. Either that or one of those other secret seeds. I think it gives a special message too. I don't see white cultists being...acceptable. So yeah, 9/10 ain't bad. I don't think I played it in master mode, but I did do a revengeance playthrough in calamity. I played since before they had the hold shift to pull out the context appropriate item and the Ctrl to auto-target block placement/breaking.
I was only certain that king slime didn't have the lowest health and the luminite tools didn't have the highest power because I knew the other two were true, but I still got 10/10, partially because I've done a lot of research on the wiki to make sure nothing I mod in causes any unforseen problems.
10/10. After playing the game for so many years I’ve picked up the info needed, even the journey mode stuff. Some things nearly tripped me up because at one point they were true
I got 7 points. I would like to mention that the corruption, crimson and Hollow actually DO speed, up, but not after every boss. They only speed up after WoF (and maybe beating all mechs? I don't really remember), but it is then slowed down to half its speed after you beat Plantera and does not change afterwards.
I got 9/10, the one about shimmer making you invincible got me since I've seen cheese videos using that strategy. Also, what you said at the end about 9 points is very true.
5k hours here and the removal of the ruler from the grand design recipe was the one that almost got me It took me a moment but i decided 1.4.4 must have fixed it since they changed the ruler in 1.4, the fandom wiki has also not adapted on the ruler's page, but has on the grand design's page
They didn't want the ruler to be _completely_ useless after the QoL change that made it toggleable all of the time without even having it, so they made it a joke weapon instead. I must say, very nice to be able to measure without having to count individual blocks, because now I don't have to worry that my early game buildings are gonna have the wrong dimensions and have to be redone.
Over 1,700 hours in the game since 2014 and been playing since back on PS3. Have an all item world. Played and beaten all the various difficulties, world sizes, and secret seeds. Got all of them correct and after typing all that out I’m not sure how to feel about the fact I have put that much time and effort into the game. I love the game but part of me thinks, “Dang that is a lot of time and years invested in a game”.
9/10, round six tricked me. I did actually consider the brain of Cthulhu, but i thought the minions counted towards the total, like all of the eow segments. I forgot about the skeleton merchant for moon phases so i chose that one. So close to being a master
I got 9 which is really good, I got about 7 of them from when I played the mobile version which was hella difficult compared to the pc version and the other 3 I’ve recently learned about after I came back to terraria 4 months ago
9/10 i didn't know when this was made so i thought maybe the shimmer did give invincibility. It's funny I haven't even finished my second solo playthrough in expert.
Round 6 is tricky because BoC has more health with creepers but less without so you should say more in this question. Btw this quiz was funny and great for terraria average players to test knowledge. Greetings to all and have a nice watch!
Alright, this sounds fun, I'm game for this. .. I'm writing this as a play-by-play, so I'll keep the answers below the "read more" thing. ... Round one: Welp, don't need to hear the third one, you can craft mirrors now. Round two: Welp, don't need to hear the second two, it generates on the jungle side.. I've had to hunt that crap far too many times to not know that.. Round three: Wait, the second one isn't true.. So that means you CAN make super-wacky-shaped houses?.. I gotta test that some time.. Round four: That one was a little more interesting.. I 'am' aware white-colored-name items can be destroyed, but didn't know it was ONLY them.. I missed that one. Round five: The way you worded the second one makes it the false one, but what you wrote at the end makes it true, that's dirty.. The last one is false. Round six: Okay, that second one is false.. And I HATE that.. Especially since purification powder doesn't work on them, so if you're in pre-hardmode, you gotta hammer them. Wait, EXCUSE ME? What do you mean they don't?.. Oh, that's dirty, you worded it subtly.. "Evil background biomes can't spread corruption to blocks" can be taken different ways, and I didn't figure you meant it literally. I don't feel bad for missing that one, I got jipped. .. Wait "Background walls don't spread biomes".. .. But.. They do.. I've seen it time and time again. Just in my last world, they spread like crazy- Oooh, you mean they don't spread the BIOME.. Only the BLOCKS do.. Bruh.. Wait, you're not counting the brain of cthulu's eyes as its overall health? Double-bruh.. Round seven: Well, the first two are true, so whatever the third one is, is false.. Unless you WORDED IT WEIRDLY OR SOMETHING.. Okay, good, I was right.. Round eight: Okay, first two are true, so last one is false.. Round nine: Second one is false.. Though I 'have' heard that breaking demon altars somehow adds tiny specks of additional corruption across the world.. Round ten: That first one sounds false.. Okay, the other two are true, so it's definitely false. 8/10, but I woulda had 9/10 except you decided that the brain of cthulu has less health than a slime king, on a technicality.. That's not me being wrong, that's you being cheeky, so I'm counting this as a 9/10, lol. Go figure.. I've beaten legendary mode, but I haven't tried/beaten zenith yet.. But I have done multiple "get every item in the game" runs. Guess my journey still isn't over.
For 4, both 1 and 2 are wrong. Shimmer now allows Bosses to hit you. Gray items are supposed to be destroyed, and the Hellforge is supposed to be too high of a tier for Lava to destroy.
I'm back forgetting the last time I did this and I got 10/10 and I still play classic mode normally, but in my tablet(which I lost) had a world and character post moonlord and I got all but 4 achievements left(all the slimes in one world killed, the last fishing achievement, the terraprism, and the purify the world). My best items were the legendary zenith, the shellphone, the ankh shield, and the thousands of items I researched along the way(yes this was journey mode, my classic mode world is pre mech, and my worlds from expert to legendary are pre skeletron)
I know the wiki like the back of my hand when we’re in play through with my friends I’m the immediate guy to ask for tips and crafting recipes and it feels great knowing that I’m testing I get a 10/10 score. I love this game lmao
7 out of 10 here. The ones that got me were: Round 1, I could have sworn the Ruler (sold by the Goblin Tinkerer) was required for the Grand Design. Round 4, Lava is supposed to destroy any item with a white rarity or lower (from what I remember at least.) And Round 6, I didn't realize the Skeleton Merchant counted as a villager.
I didn't even know you can craft Magic mirror in vanilla game. For the last years I played only modded game and I was always thinking it's Calamity makes it craftable (like Ankh ingredients). And yeah, never saw the old man's quotes about not being ready. 8/10, it's always cool to learn something new about one of your favourite games of all time!

Round 6 feels cheap, as the creeper enemies are literally only found within the Brain of Cthulu fight, and should be counted as a part of its health pool, as it's mandatory do kill all of them in order to kill the BoC. The creepers take up 2000 of the BoC's 3250 total health, which is more than King Slime's 2000 max hp. Saying that the Brain of Cthulu has less health than king slime is like saying that the Eater of Worlds only has 150 health because each segment only has 150 health. The true answer to round 6 should be that none of them are a lie.
My score was 10, I've currently completed 97% of the bestiary and have almost purified all the evil biomes completely, except the hallow because of my pylon system, every npc and pet has moved in, i have a companion cube, a shell phone, a zenith, an ankh shield, a frozen shield, celestial shell and terraspark boots. I also have a lot of banners including a nymph and pinky banner. And I've played on that one world for about a 150 hours on master mode. My next goal is beating get fixed boi on legendary mode as a mage. I've also beaten the game as a summoner and killed the dungeon guardian and daytime eol.

9/10. I got caught on the question with king slime and the evil walls. The sad thing is, I already knew about the king slime, but blanked on it. ):
I got the same score and same question wrong, but because I almost never play crimson worlds and so, barely ever fight boc so I never knew about the boc having less health than king slime lol
i got stuck on the evil spread in hardmode
Same
The question is wrong tho, in the 1.4.4 update u can actually see the boss hp on the bossbar, and it’s more than king slimes
@@leftbehindpinkbicycle1232yeah that’s exactly why i answered king slime instead of boc😊
Wiki Gang for life!
i thought that dark amge had less health than king slime
@@SpathiCaptainFwiffo Dark Mage is not a boss though. From the definition used in the video, it's a miniboss

10/10. After playing the game for so many years I’ve picked up the info needed, even the journey mode stuff. Some things nearly tripped me up because at one point they were true
bro same, i got an 8/10 mainly because of the fact that shimmer USED to make you invincible
Same
I got 7 points. I would like to mention that the corruption, crimson and Hollow actually DO speed, up, but not after every boss. They only speed up after WoF (and maybe beating all mechs? I don't really remember), but it is then slowed down to half its speed after you beat Plantera and does not change afterwards.
Mechs dont speed it up, i got an 8 btw.
I got 9/10, the one about shimmer making you invincible got me since I've seen cheese videos using that strategy. Also, what you said at the end about 9 points is very true.
Bro literally same, the RUclips shorts made us fail lmao
7:15
i just realized why the female npcs get rude...
*blood* moon..
period..
oh my god, you are a genius
5k hours here and the removal of the ruler from the grand design recipe was the one that almost got me
It took me a moment but i decided 1.4.4 must have fixed it since they changed the ruler in 1.4, the fandom wiki has also not adapted on the ruler's page, but has on the grand design's page
Ohh, that why I got the first wrong...
Fandom wiki SUCKS
So close to being a master
same score and trick to me as well
the painter
@@mgd4006 oh ok
clothier catalogue also changes based on moon phases
That feeling when you get 9 points and have only done 3 playthroughs and all at beginner difficulty
I just started Hardmode on my first playthrough and still got 9 points
shut up
@@nr.1plant146 why are you mad bro
@@Jacker42io are you a holy tree
@@partypooper9732 Indeed I am
That's not me being wrong, that's you being
cheeky, so I'm counting this as a 9/10, lol.
10/10! I expected to get 9/10 but these were easier than I thought
same
I didn't realise the FTW and Zenith seeds actually counted as their own difficulties, so only 9/10 😔
I'm basically a terraria old timer, played all the time like 1.1 to 1.3, some things still surprise me
Figures that shimmer is what tripped me up, i actually haven't played since shimmer happened
964.7 hours playing terraria... That explanes my score.
The grand design one is only tricky for older players since it used to require the ruler.
I got 10/10, but during a blood moon not all female NPC treat you badly. Both the princes and the party girl treat you normally
I know the wiki like the back of my hand when we’re in play through with my friends I’m the immediate guy to ask for tips and crafting recipes and it feels great knowing that I’m testing I get a 10/10 score. I love this game lmao
Trash items don't get destroyed in lava, because only items with "white text rarity" get destroyed by lava. Trash items have "gray rarity".
7 out of 10 here.
The ones that got me were:
Round 1, I could have sworn the Ruler (sold by the Goblin Tinkerer) was required for the Grand Design.
Round 4, Lava is supposed to destroy any item with a white rarity or lower (from what I remember at least.)
And Round 6, I didn't realize the Skeleton Merchant counted as a villager.
Watching this when its been over a year is fighting against the odds, since for questions like the shimmer one i didnt know if this was made before or after the patch
I had a little over 300 hours, I played the game for 2 months, and haven't played for a over a year.
10/10
"You've been playing this game for a long time, and have an insane amount of hours."
me who scored 10 points, with only 200+ hours:
When you have barely played the game but still get 7 questions correct because you read the wiki and watch terraria videos
1. Option 2 is fake
2. Option 1 is fake
3. Option 2 is fake
4. Option 1 is fake - RIP I was wrong
5. Option 3 is fake
6. Option 2 is fake - wrong again ;(
7. Option 3 is fake
8. Option 1 is fake - ahhh
9. Option 2 is fake
10. Option 1 is fake
I'm always so sad when I have 209 hours on Terraria and all the youtubers say "You've probably finished a couple playthroughs" when I never even beat Golem💀
As a terraria player, who has less than 100 hours in the game, I've got 8 points. This is an absolute win!
8/10! I guess a 200 hour terraria player really knows a lot.
Got all 10, ive plaued terraria for 6 ish years on and off, only done about 12 diffierent playthroughs, about 500 hours on switch (i dont have a pc or console) and almost 150 hours on mobile, and just beat my first expert mode playthrough and now starting my master mode play through but im too scared to even think about doing a legendary mode playthrough yet i know SO much about terraria
Got 8 points, never beaten moonlord, never played any class but melee, and have less than 100 hours playtime
I got 9 points but I don't even have 100 hours, barely play the game, and didn't get 10 because I completely forgot about the Brain of Cthulhu.
8/10. didn't know it was possible to craft a mirror now
stats for anyone who wants to compare:
10/10 (wouldnt know the lie a lot if i didnt know the other two were concrete truth)
playtime: 1200
played the game since: 2016
legendary mode: played it (not ftw but instead that remix seed), got stage 4 cancer, deleted the world
inconsistencies in the video: desert walls can spread corruption (just had it happen in my world)
achievements: 112/115 (**** you dryad and angler)
Only got 8/10, I must sink in 2000 more hours. Also side note, the evil biome spread does speed up after defeating the wall of flesh, it just doesn't speed up with every hardmode boss kill.
as somebody who was only 332 hours on tmod and terraria combined and got 10/10 I see this as a massive W
I don't have to keep watching, you can craft magic mirrors
8/10 ~900 hours 3 vanilla worlds and 6 moded (including a 9 month long calamity playtrough with an special challenge: dont use wiki or guides)
The walls actually spread. If you don’t pay attention, you want notice it at all if you do pay attention to the spreading of things, you’ll actually see the walls spread the Corruption or the Crimson or even the hollow it’s all able to spread
9 points and I've yet to beat moon lord on unmodded expert mode. A very clear example of knowledge not being an indicator of skill... yeeouch!!!!!
You still need the tinkers workbench so it can’t be just the mechanic you need to craft the grand design
Me getting seven when I haven't even completed a playthrough!
I watched this video and didn't even realize this knowledge was unknown to people I got 10 points having around 800 hours (around 250 hours afk).
Another thing didn't know calamity death mode was supposed to be really hard it was a little difficult at times but still surprised at how overhyped it seamed.
Just by beating terraria on expert once (I'm now on master) and knowing the community of the game gave me a score of 8/10 which this is really impressive for me
Me, who got 10 points, has played for less than 100h, got the game on the year 2022 and started playing last year, and has beaten Wall of Flesh for the first time last week
Genuinely, I probably only have 200 hours on the game, but I knew every single one of these almost through experience. Some are just random facts I saw on yt. But, I have been playing for a year or two, and I've done maybe, 7, 8 classic playthroughs. I've only don't classic to get used to the game to move up to expert, since I play mobile.
I got 10/10 points, but I disagree with Journey Mode being the lowest tier: I learned many of these facts from 100% completing Journey Mode.
Me 8 but is literally in hard mode but haven't beat a single boss just almost got geared up
7:27 EXCEPT for the Princess (because she’s a child) and the Party Girl (possibly either because she uses contraception or maybe because she’s trans)
Looks like im wrong but i can swear that when i separate the evil biome from the world and i dont remove the walls the infection spreads anyways
I have once forgotten to select the false one
I got 8 and I haven’t even done a single playthrough ever!!!
Me, who got 10/10 and has more hours in the wiki than the actual game
4:30 This is technically not true in some cases, as the Dungeon and all three of its mini biomes all rely on you being in front of a dungeon background wall.
9/10, started 2-3 weeks ago and made a new world with about 1 day total on it in expert and im currently trying to fight the cultist
9/10, im actually worried to how much i spend playing terraria lol
I've played 3k+ hours in Terraria modded included , beat many things, explored many things and i only got... FIVE?
10 points. Nice. Mostly play classic, but with a twist, like the world is only sand or snow or mushroom, jungle, crimson, or corruption, as well as playing every class.
10/10 not even finished a playthrough, just watched a LOT of videos
8/10 haven't even finished one terraria playthrough. Though it is in Master Mode and this is my first time playing.
9/10
2 full play through over the course 3 or so years and I’m on my 3rd
I like going slow, and finding the niche little mechanics to help me on my journies
I find it crazy that I got 9 points and have only done one full playthrough and I’ve never done any modded playthroughs
I got 8/10, and have nearly 5k hours, I don't know how to feel about this.
white devotee got me fucked up 😭
I had 10 points… i played 180 hours
