For young Sheldon Cooper, it isn't easy growing up in East Texas. Being a once-in-a-generation mind capable of advanced mathematics and science isn't always helpful in a land where church and football are king. And while the vulnerable, gifted and somewhat naive Sheldon deals with the world, his very normal family must find a way to deal with him. His father, George, is struggling to find his way as a high school football coach and as father to a boy he doesn't understand. Sheldon's mother, Mary, fiercely protects and nurtures her son. For 12 years on "The Big Bang Theory," audiences came to know the iconic, eccentric and extraordinary Sheldon Cooper. In "Young Sheldon," audiences get a chance to meet him in childhood, as he embarks on his innocent, awkward and hopeful journey toward the man he will become. Jim Parsons, who plays the adult version of Sheldon on "The Big Bang Theory," narrates.

I love seeing how much Georgie has grown since he found out he’s gonna be a father!
For some reason that moment with Sheldon and the bucket was really sweet, also him saying; “If our kid is weird i’m ready”, I mean he survived growning up with Sheldon so I think everything is gonna work out fine with his own child😂
I can’t understand why Mary believes she deserves a more causal relationship with Missy. As if she’s ever cared about Missy’s social life before, only because now she realises Missy is more confident confiding in others. Mary somehow doesn’t realise her treatment to Missy has caused this.
Also if Sheldon doesn’t believe in 0, I wonder what his reaction would be to imaginary numbers and complex conjugates. 0 is just a placeholder. Dr Sturgis’ example with the box is actually quite good. At some point, even for a minuscule amount of time, that box will be empty, and even though nothing can’t be a thing, we use 0 as a placeholder - 🎤 drop.
Dale’s punch was legendary, Sheldon had that “wall taping” coming and George got his job back - it’s looking up for him.
That and the fact that she has feelings for Pastor Rob, I have a theory that what if the one Sheldon caught cheating was Mary?

12:53 - Idk I feel like most times Mandy is annoyed are fairly reasonable cause while Georgie is endearing he is also coming to her job and doing this display in front of customers while she’s on the clock. There are a few times where it feels like too much but for the most part I think Mandy’s annoyances really are more reasonable than people seem to think.
I do get excited when they finally get along though, I find their dynamic weird but sweet
THE BIG BANG THEORY REFERENCE: The guy who sold Dale and Meemaw the gambling machines is played by the same man who played as Denise's creepy room mate from The Big Bang Theory Season 12 !!

0 is very useful in computer science and engineering. It represents “off” or false, and in programming, we do count from zero.
6:46 counterpoint, 0 is a paradoxical number that is neither negative or positive. If it didn't exist, we'd go from -1 to 1 with nothing between, which isn't the case.

I honestly can’t believe it took Billy Sparks, the boy who used to bully Sheldon Cooper and became one of the sweetest kid in the show, to break not only Sheldon Cooper but Linkletter and Sturgis to boot!🤣

I don't remember him ever bullying Sheldon. His little sister did who then mysteriously never was mentioned or shown again.

Mary has tried to bond with Missy but every time she pushed her away. Mary likes feeling needed that’s why she clings to Sheldon
Don't get me wrong, I feel bad for Wayne no one who loves their partner should have to go through this. That being said, i can't help but feel like this is karma for him bragging about his seemingly perfect marriage to George and criticizing George's with Mary. That and the bit where he took the job that George was going to get fired from, although I can't fault him for that especially when they were gonna fire him when he was going through problems. I wonder if parents in Texas are really this quick to turn on a football coach irl, in cartoons yeah.

Why you put the fault in mandy? She literally played by georgie and his grandma. One thing is have a night out with a adult and another is with a teenager.
The logical answer is that neither side is perfect. The difference is Georgie has owned to his mistake and is doing everything he can.

If zero isn't a number then explain why numbers like 10 or 20 or 30 or 100 or 200 or numbers that actually exist you put a zero behind 10 or you put a zero behind 20 and you can subtract divide times or plus it same with 200 or 100, so Although may not be a number on its own it is a number when you use it with other numbers, did I blow your minds? I always found math very confusing for multiple different reasons but I will admit zero is confusing, in my mind zero really only exists as an add-on like I said zero when its own means nothing, but if you add another number to it like one or two then it becomes 10 or 20 and how do we explain thaton its own sure nothing can exist but things can or 30 things can, just something to think about!
19:45 almost didn’t recognise this guy - he was the other guy who was living with the girl Stuart ended up with in big bang.
Stuart was offered the chance to move in, out of fear he didn’t immediately accept, then when confronted, he said “don’t tell me this stuff, tell her”
Then made it weird by asking them to say the same kind of things to him
I finished season 6 just in time for season 7.
This season I really like Georgie especially he try to be there for Mandy no matter how many times she pushed him away
For the point about 0, you can multiply by 0, it just so happens that the answer will also be zero. You can divide by 0, it just so happens that the answer will be undefined. 0 is just simply the symbol that stands for the state of having nothing.

Ok now the zero thing I think that doctor sturgis asked the wrong question he should have asked hum to imagine an empty box and then ask how many apples are in the box that would be none which in mathematics is called zero
And cody that theory was thoughtful but not very useful because when you count you actually count things that are present like 1 dress 2 pants you don't count things not present

If zero is a number how come it is skipped when subtracting a large number from a smaller number. 3 minus 4 is 3,2,1, skip zero -1.
It isn't skipped in that example though. The first substraction is the step between 3 and 2, the second between 2 and 1, the third between 1 and 0 and the fourth between 0 and -1.
@@annsalictic8874 yes it is I wrote 3 2 1 -1 there's no zero in that step down when you subtract 4 from 3
@@annsalictic8874 there's only one subtraction I'm not subtracting 2 from 3 and 1 from 2 i'm subtracting 4 from 3 and counting down as I do so and In those four numbers I count to get to the answer zero is nowhere to be found.

@@ItsTotallyCody as you said why don't we start counting with 0 if it's a number, So just a trivia, all numbering systems start with 0. But we never count starting at 0, because its equivalent to nothing, we start with 1. But still all the numbering systems has 0 as their first number.

No one says 0 when counting down 😂 everyone stops at 1
