For Thailand ,In the olden day, we used to cut pork like this.At the present, we seperate many parts. Pig has slim body, so less fat. People don't eat pork fat.
Fragrant oil? What the f**ck is he talking about. that meat should have been hung and chilled for a week, looks like what we call soft pork in the USA and is graded down to a very low level of quality. That said, these videos are intriguing and I would like to try a piece of that crazily cut pork.
