After looking at the amount of Char when roasting the pork, I will say HUGE NO to that food. They make it intentionally like that and you cant imagine how cancerous that food is even if you scrapped the charred area, it still not recommended to eat them.
The chicken is fine, but the Pork is no-no, I will go for the other stall who carefully cooking that crispy pork belly rather than doing like that. I can smell the amount of char even if you hide them with sauces, it still there.

I worked and lived in Malaysia for few years. I miss the food. Makan. Nasi ayam goreng look so yummy.
