This is the mindset I have. It makes the game so much more enjoyable. If I win or escape so be it but if I don't then it's whatever.
I also got flamed for doing the invocation on release day, crazy how people won’t let you even try out the new content without raging. I agree the perk isn’t the best use of time but if you don’t let me try it I’ll never know. Got her adept at least.
I just joined with people when I saw them invoking, makes it faster and more targets to take hits to escape basement
It's given my swf about 80% more success rate... and only one killer has the basement notification perk but they let me do it anyways.

@El_chara they can also use the basement entering perk. But all this week only one killer has attacked us in the basement. One other time a wraith went in but let us finish it. It's been a really successful perk for us.

That exact person is known for being toxic and stream sniping with her boyfriend to feed him kills. I ran into them like twice personally and can confirm they are just like this. In fact I think TURJay did a video about them if I am not mistaken.
She "apologized" to him and from what I remember, they're "cool now". That told me everything I needed to know about Jay. She treats other people like crap, apologizes to Jay, not the people she said stuff to, and he forgives her and makes her a part of his community. No thanks.

I mean that's not really changing if she only apologized to Jay and I can't say for sure if she is still cheating because I haven't ran into her since switching to pc but, if she is still clearly so toxic I wouldn't be surprised. As for Jay if it's true they made up because she apologized but is either tolerating or enabling this behavior then tbh he needs to be addressed as well. I don't understand why, but some of these people will be in a sort of auto-pilot. After each match just throw out any basic insult that is mildly related to anything that happened in the game.
It's the same with every game that has multiplayer.
You got the best score? "Stop sweating you basement dweller"
You got the worst score? "You're trash"
You absolutely wrecked your opponent? "Get a life!"
A lot of the time I don't even think they're necessarily mad... They just default to throwing insults because that's what they always do. it's second nature. It's in a way part of who they are. And that's sad. Even sadder that it's so common
Certainly explains why there's so many sore winners in this game. Big reason why I've drastically cut the amount of hours I've played lately

I used to be someone that got salty and messaged people after games but I’ve grown up now and I haven’t done it in about 2 and half years now. I still get frustrated at the game but i never take it out the game and harass people. Your videos are great spooks keep it up 😁👍

Fun fact the bnp seems to be broken right now because when testing if it stacks the invocation, it also allowed us to do bnp on bnp. So hypothetically, right now, (i have to test this), could do invocation and save 4 bnp for last gen in 3gen. I'm pretty sure this is incredibly broken atm.
Before the Update/Chapter: you could always Stack the Effect of BNP on 1 Gen 4 times {I.e: use 4 BNPs on 1 Gen}. However, I do not know if the New perks lets you get a "5th" stack

craziest thing is i've run into Akira as well since i use playstation as well. and they were playing incredibly toxic and unsportsmanlike as killer, to where it defied logic (like tunneling with no hooks at 1 gen as an example).

If you are gonna run weaving spiders, also run, no mither, dead hard, and resilience for maximum effectiveness. since no mither already makes you broken it does not matter. dead hard gives you 2 health states like normal, and resilience just buffs you for being broken, its a pretty strong build.

And it has use without basement too as I am pretty sure the aura read works when unhooked from a regular hook.

Not even joking the same thing happened to me weeks ago. The guy first messaged me in 2022 because a team mate sold him out since he hid all game I think. My objective when playing killer or survivor is just have fun with the match. My favorite matches are botched by most peoples standards.

I despise Innvocation with a passion. It takes way too long to set up when you could just be doing gens BUT I do understand why people wanna use it. It's a time wasting perk but to each their own and I don't judge the people who wanna use it. With that being said you'd think after FOUR years that person would've gotten over their salt by now and moved on with their life but that's sadly how the community is anymore. I'd love to go back to the days when I started playing and people weren't so nasty. At least that's how people were when I first started playing. It's gotten so bad since.

Sable's perk seems very underwhelming to me, tbh. The amount of time the ritual does, vs how little it really does is meh. 10% is not a hell of a lot. Yeah it's per gen, but when has that 10% ever made a real difference? I just don't think it does.
Mind you, idk what I'd do to propose to change it, because on paper, you really wouldn't want to do much more than that so I really don't know how you would make it feel more worthwhile. But it seems this perk will next to never be allowed to go off either. It's a shame, because it is an interesting concept, but very underwhelming in play since it almost never actually happens.
