@Xan L , To lift the cover you need to gently lift the cover to close it you need to gently pull back and forward. Basically pull the cover slight back and then forward movement.
@Lara Musto if I could remember you need to pull the printer up and to close your need to pull slightly backwards first and gently proceed forward. I want to mention that if the printer is opened do not close it forward without pulling it backwards first as you could break it. That is the pattern hope it helps

How do you lift up the flap to change ink cartridge? When I try to lift it there is resistance and it only opens up less than 45 degrees

@@Vinneltv thank you very much. I tried earlier and couldn't open it. Will try again tomorrow. They should have put some mechanism for opening it.
I cannot open the cartridge door. Amber error light comes on and it won't open with something blocking.
