i replaced them and my printer still says to replace them or make sure they are properly placed... i literally did it exactly as you said and i don’t know what to do

Is there anything covering your chip? The printer still thinks they are empty or missing so I would assume either the connection is bad, not being made, or the chip is defective or damaged. Please reach out to us with your order number for a replacement if you feel it is defective (www.yoyoink.com/ contact options are at the bottom on the left.)

Just plug the printer in and let it boot up and it’ll slide itself

The printer has to be on. I had the same problem 😂

As I have repeatedly said, the cartridge container does not move to the left. I can insert the first but not the second cartridge as I have no access to the second cartridge opening. The printer will not turn on so the cartridge container is not movable.. I have done this many times before with no difficulty but the printer would always be on SO the cartridge container could move to the left. HELP, HELP, HELP!!.
