Such a scene!
And then they started sucking saul
I mean that's how it is
He wasn't wrong. Distribution was always the hurdle.
He meant literally, Walt and Jesse suck Saul dry when they're in bed. They're so good at it sometimes Saul forgets all about Kim.
After the meeting, Walter and Gus lived happily ever after.
If not for Walter’s ego they could have; they really could have.

Saul Goodman: the only man who could refer to Gus Fring as an “honest to god business-man”
I mean technically ^^ he killed a few but he was a business man
Well, any truly successful business end up as a monopoly. This is called "capitalism".
And these two fools for some reason decided that they were not merged.
Well he was certainly a man who did business lol

Not really, Gus himself signed it by trying to kill Walt.
Imagine if Walter and Jesse actually namedropped Tuco to Saul. Cause notice, Saul never even finds out they distributed first with Tuco.
I thought that would be an interesting moment kind upset it didn't happen because Jesse asks who lalo is and like bruh did Saul just assume it was some "tattooed speed freak" instead of a Salamanca cuz they never talk about it
Tbf going on their pretty pathetic attempts so far, it could've been just an educated guess that a "tattooed speed freak" would be all they found on their own
Well, Albuquerque is Salamanca territory. Anyone dealing in town on a large scale has to either go through the Salamancas or through Gus, and Saul knew for a fact that they weren't working with Gus.
Saul must be shocked and mention that Tuco broke two skateboarder legs. Saul give us Better Call Saul spoiler.
Seriously. Such an interesting story.

exactly the exact moment
At this moment, Saul signed Gus’ death warrant and my man wasn’t even there in that room to witness it 😭

"The truth is, Walter White couldn't have done it without me"
honestly i thought of this scene when i first heard that line
Wow, i forgot about that line until you mentioned it. Huge line.
Mike definely is the guy who knows a guy who knows a guy
In this life we all need someone like Saul Goodman.
For all of you wondering, yes the second guy is Gus. The “another guy” is Eladio
This is the moment saul became the guy who knows a guy who knows a guy.
This is when Walter became Meetingberg.
Everyone they tried to work with tried to kill them in the long-run lmao
Tuco wasn't going to but considering how dangerous he becomes when he is out of his minds on drugs it was either him or them and for Gustavo when he found out about Walt's cancer, he wanted to steal the formula so that his buisness wouldn't run out when Walt dies after 2 years eventually and since he has someone stealing the formula then he won't need to deal with Walt's bs and terms and ofc someone as smart as Walt sees through that so he doesn't allow it to happen but when Jesse does a mistake he uses this excuse and jumps on it to replace him and steal the formula and Walt can't do anything but to agree but he sees it coming and then kills gale but when Gus found out it's no good trying to steal the formula or trick a smart man he then tricks the dummy whose role is big but can be manipulated easily into turning against Walt himself and kick Walt out of the buisness only to have Walt trick and manipulate Jesse back into killing Gus after he did the whole ricin thing which Gus knew nothing about and thought it could have been someone else poisoning the kid considering how he is a junkie drug dealer and must have lots of enemies whom would do that and not to expect this master plan from Walt. God writing this comment made me realize how awesome the script and directors are
A detail I forgot about is that at the time, Gus had Jesse hating Walt at the time and there was no contact between them to even try and manipulate him to the point where Walt was trying to convince Jesse and got kicked out and then was kidnapped into the desert and threatened to death but even though he convinced Jesse to hate Walt. Jesse wouldn't allow Walt to die and Walt figured it out in the desert and challenges Gus in return Gus threatened his whole family and revealed his next move which was hitting Hank. It is then where Walt decides to save Hank and bail on everything with his family and he was so doomed by this point that it was his only resort to do so. However, his wife Skyler had spent his money on a different problem Ted whom she was having and affair with brought upon her where it would lead to everyone involved in the unaccounted income (tax fraud) be under search and she wants anything but that considering her husband is a criminal drug dealer, Walt realizing this has got him out of his mind. Couldn't do anything but laugh at the whole situation maniacally knowing he was cornered so badly and that he is done for. After getting calm and thinking things through better he comes up with the idea of poisoning Brock (Jesse's new girlfriend's kid) to trick Jesse into thinking Gus to turn Jesse on Walt since Gus has done something similar to that before or was thought to have given these orders before and so then it would be believable and at the same time very motivating to get Jesse's help and be on his side for killing gus
@@teamofwinter8128 Jeeze, this took me a few minutes to read the entire comment. The plot is really good for you to type a comment that long.
@@teamofwinter8128 your comment really makes me realize how season 4 was basically Walt and Gus having a custody battle over Jesse lol. and yeah the way the whole situation went from bad to worse in the crawl space episode was intense, weaker shows would just have a character die or something to raise the stakes. the writers here did a really good job showing how walt was just completely checkmated and would've been completely screwed without Jesse
@@spidersonic2142 i am not even going to read it he wrote an whole essay
@@furkanbozdag8198 if that’s the case then he gets an A+
This show always makes me feel good. The last few episodes were a little depressing, but otherwise the show makes me happy. So well written and acted and directed
I used to think the ending was sad but it’s very beautiful. Walter tries to redeem himself. Jesse gets away but at a cost, perhaps a cost for the better. Someone else pointed out Jimmy is in jail with all the other inmates. The inmates Jimmy helped perhaps. Poor Howard and Mike
It's an epic
And then Walter pissed it all away because he couldn't handle being just the cook
If unabated, Walt would've proceeded beyond Gus and Lydia and anybody else in his way to becoming the president, CEO and head honcho of Madrigal, the parent company of companies laundering all the money he makes off his very own top designer meth, then calls Hank to invite him over for dinner 😆
Saul knows a guy who is the right hand man of that guy. The other guy was just an imaginary level Saul made up to distance himself from that guy.
Equally likely is that the writers made a mistake
@@OneDerscoreOneder Perish the thought. If God existed, then he scripts for Breaking Bad came from him, perfect in every way.

A scene that gave birth to not only Gus but also Mike.
None of us knew that saul was the main character of the breaking bad universe lol
Biggest Saul's mistake.
Not at all if he wasn’t mentally weak to confess in the end he was extremely rich could’ve just enjoy life
@@Martin-ue9dw idk if Id call moral integrity weakness. Saul was always on an unstable balance of 2 contradicting morals, neither of which could live in harmony. In the end he had the choice to have integrity in his conmanship (which blew up all his social connections) or integrity in the morals. It took a lifetime to commit to his moral integrity and in that sense he did get to enjoy life, probably recuperating the only woman he ever cared for. All the while he still has the gratification in accomplishing something huge, which at the end of the day holds no value if he cant share it with the people he cares about.
The beginning of the fall of a twenty year empire.
I guess it’s because I watched this show as a kid and or never thought much of Saul as a character, but I always assumed Walter would always meet Gus. One way or another, but it was because of Saul that Walter rose to becoming one of the most terrifying drug lords to date. Not Salamanca terrifying, but just unpredictable, prideful, and terrifyingly intelligent and luckily.
