In the third set, THEY SCREWED UP THE SCORE, as it went from 9-11 to 10-12 on the very next play. The Netherlands were literally gifted a point by the score keeper and it was never corrected! ...great vid as always!
Similar happened in China the other week - womens quarters SWI vs GER - after a challenge, scorers adjusted the scores incorrectly. 3rd set as well. May be a fatigue of the scorers.... Imagine needing every point you can get for olympic race and you think - what if, if only.....

I'm confused about the Grimalts not getting into Esphino. They should have 1860 now, which should put them at 3rd or 4th in the qualification. Is there a delay or something to when those get applied?
What finishes are Trev/Theo and Miles/Chase dropping? I know that both teams had lost in elite 16 qualifiers earlier in 2023, but I assume they have dropped those finishes and now need pretty good results to increase their points.
My favorite part of this recap is the smile of producer 2 at the end of the recap.
