I ordered mine from Drown motorsports but I can't find the website anymore. If they seem sketchy call them and talk to them. That's what I had to do with drown because I had the same feeling. I was trying to find you the direct link but the website is gone.
Honestly you might have to contact Aracer directly to get a new one. Maybe try DrownMotorsports and see if they have a connection with the supplier to get you just the link part.

If my bike shoots flames and pops a ton is it bad? It’s a 2018 crf110 with a fmf power core 4
Did you do any carb work after the exhaust?
Usually that is a lean pop and can hurt the engine if ran like that allot.
You might have to do some slight adjusting of the car to make that stop.

Do you have to buy a paid app version to adjust all that stuff?
I think I did have to pay for the app too.
Kinda dumb to add that on of the expensive ECU but you have to buy the app.

Aracer Mini 5 is mine, but they discontinued it.
Aracer Mini X is the new one that you have to buy most of the features in the app now.

No it has a stock tune
