Cop "Do you want him banned" is soliciting a trespass Shame on you for trying
they are ALL the same - vile.
The cop literally broke the law right there in front of Jeff.
Isn't that grounds for a lawsuit?
It is worse. The cop quickly cited the code of the ordinance, was presented with the idea that it was unconstitutional, and then asked if they wanted him banned. Zero thought about free speech, the constitution, or the rightness of following unlawful orders. The other official also looked to their local law, and not the constitution. They can't see what they don't look for.
Exactly, that's what they are trained for.
Thank you, Jeff. Shame on the city employees.
Gotta ask big brother if it's OK to ask for help.
Western North Carolina needs this bad. Spruce Pine and the other municipalities need to learn.
Did that cop try and solicit a trespass? Yes he did. They must be the one who say the person needs to leave not the cop
That's why the cop asked. Derp.
Soliciting a trespass isn't actually a crime anywhere in the country. Police are allowed to ask whatever the questions they like basically.
@@fluxkraken yes it’s18 U S code 242 depriving a citizen of their rights it’s a federal law that says under the color of law which a police officer is they can’t deprive any citizen of their rights, which he has the right to be there on public property

Maybe this public servant should be required to get a "permit" in order to receive his paycheck. At least Jeff was not banned from the public property that we all PAY for.
Jeff needs to start the disguises so that he can test how these places would deal with the common person. Jeff is such a huge celeb now!
Every town, unconstitutional ordinances, are all city attorneys ignorant or just pretend to be? The joke is on us, don't forget to pay your taxes.
Jeff does not inform the people they are recorded or have audio. 📹 . Filming people for $$$ is not legal. Gray knows it.
@@DavidLLambertmobile there is no expectation of privacy in public.
Filming people for commercial purposes would require a release. Those requirements are further relaxed if they are not people of note i.e. a celebrity, and might be briefly caught by the camera as they pass by. Now you know it.
@@DavidLLambertmobile Every single msm gets paid by commercials/ad space. You think they pay all the people passing by during b roll footage?
@@DavidLLambertmobile Commercial vs Editorial use. One requires waivers the others doesn't. Care to guess which Jeff is doing and which requires waivers?
Mostly it is ignorance because most do not keep up to date on court rulings but some do know and they will pass such laws and ordinances because they mostly target people who do not have the money to fight the law/ordinance in court.
Also do it for the homeless vets that get forget abt everyday. We care abt our vets on Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day. FreeDUMB
Master of Civil Rights, Warrior of Our Heroes The Veterans, Jeff Gray, Thank u for ur Service!
God less Jeff!
Jeff you're getting better and better and better and better and better. 👍😉
Find out which entitled public employee called the police and expose. God Bless our Homeless Vets 🙏
every "essential" is a redcoat trained liar and thief...usa was sold off to eye mf/naato frauds long ago.
I was in Florida once and watched a panhandler for a few weeks and he always got picked up by a hot chick in a corvette. I went and talked to him he said come over for dinner gave me his address. And holly crap what a spread. Needless to say I had one of the best meals I had ever had. But that was back in the day when humans cared for one another.
He learned all that but forgot the main caveat. Solicitation permits are for organizations/businesses.
Even then why would they need a permit and you don't especially when the SCOTUS says corporations are people.
@@librab103SCOTUS does not say corporations are private citizens like an actual person. They are simply privy to some similar protections and rights as a citizen.
@@librab103 because congress has the constitutional power to regulate commerce. Collecting money or selling something is commerce.

Absolutely love this guy.... thank God thank you Mr Jeff
That guy was just a helpful little slave who wanted to help other little slaves to comply with their owners rules. How precious!
It’s entirely up to the public to exercise their constitutional rights in spite of what government officials say.
Agreed. *_"Ivory-tower TYRANTS"_*
So much distain for veterans from self serving public employees. So many Americans died fighting the Nazis in WW2, to give these people the freedom they have today, they should be ashamed.
Love your work Jeff!! Keep exposing tyranny, brother!
Would be strange if the Supreme Court outlawed asking for money as that is all some of them seem to do.
We've already allowed permits for half of our rights. We don't have an America anymore
North America now
I agree with the first part. We are a country without a name. Always have been. It was the government that told us this is America and we as a society believed it. It's called indoctrination.
We are all indoctrinated in some way. The UK, Canada and heavily influenced areas of Mexico by the U.S. mainly consider this country to be the totality of America. Most of the rest of the world considers us to be a country located in America, despite the idea that America is one continent or the combination of two.
I know I cannot change people's minds about this. Pride and ignorance has absolved what America truly is, and it shows.
You can thank the Zionist, Kazarian mafia, imposter Jews for the legal system we have today (admiralty law) where everything is viewed through the lens of commerce, and private civil and constitutional rights are a thing of the past! If this country is to survive we must return to Constitutional law (Common Law) law of the land and not the law of the sea!
What are a few examples of some other rights you need permits to exercise? I assume owning guns would be one of them. Other?
Did you get authorization to post that?
He didn't care about an ID!!!! Simply amazing!!!! And, he didn't threaten arrest like they did in the other North Carolina city......why the difference?
Bolo alert among law enforcement agencies.
Another window on the real America not the propaganda of best of the best.
LoL… love it! Someone told me recently the US is the “greatest country in the world” - I googled it.. US News and World Report says it’s Switzerland. 😂

Jeff, TY for not gloating or rubbing it in their face. That's what those who lust for control do, and no good person wants to be like that.
God bless Jeff Gray. Cheers from *corrupt* Canada!!! 🇨🇦
Bro! Who would ever have thought that Canada would have turned as tyrannical as it has? What happened to you guys? You were the more relaxed version of the US. Were.. 🤦🏻♂️
The strange thing about this is that they could have just trespassed Jeff that morning, watched him leave, and then rescind the trespass without any consequences.
Corrupt compared to where?
@@chrisrus1965 - It's all relative. But I agree. Canada 10 years ago, is a whole different story. Canada now? Is insane.

God bless our homeless vets! God bless Jeff! You're definitely doing America a service.
You get your "permit" from Bill... Bill O'Rights.
Love it!!!!
This has been said so many times Jeff Grey is the best, he is slowly changing this country little by little. At least he is trying to help, doing better then the stick puppets we have right now in our government.
Jeff doing what Jeff does best.
THE Original Gangster! Truly an OG. Great work as usual sir. Thank you for your service both as a vet and what you’re doing now. Be safe brother!
American Hero!
Not only has he SERVED but CONTINUES to serve and honor OTHERS who serve!!!💕💕🇺🇸👍🏼
Absolutely!!!!
I agree with your comment
Jeff, this has got to be one of the best vids you’ve posted. Everyone was professional, polite and didn’t try to run you off!! Both the code enforcement officer and the police officer couldn’t have done a better job!! And to top it off the code enforcement officer actually listened to and probably took your explanation of how free speech works when it comes to the ordinance laws! Awesome! Thanks for posting!
"Its frowned upon" - basically they pick on people they perceive to be homeless
That frown turns upside down when it's time to collect campaign contributions!
If Jeff Grey ever comes to Citrus county Florida I'll definitely have his back & record for his safety. Police in this county corrupt. Many of my family members have been military service members!!!!! Respect veterans and current soldiers please!!!!
COPS! " Oh my God! That's Jeff Grey!"

Jeff, I admire you for what you do; you are a true American patriot.
Actually, you do have a permit. It's called a 1st amendment
Your sign to me is the most noticable sign in the south. Keep up the great work Jeff.
Can't believe you talked without a permit
Thank you for all the hard work Jeff as a disabled American I genuinely appreciate all the effort you put in to advocate for the less fortunate
Well done folk. Nice to see officials uphold their oath to the constitution.

Jeff is the only channel I give a thumps up even before watching
I have several channels that get an immediate thumbs up but Jeff is #1. ❤️👍🇺🇲
God bless the homeless vets
All homeless, not just the vets. Some have physical disabilities that prevent them from serving, doesn’t mean they don’t count as much
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
*_FINALLY!!!!_* A video from Jeff that ARTICULATES to the public (at least the polite Code Enforcement guy) what I've been advocating for, in the comments, for awhile now!! This might be his best video yet!!! Awesome to see!! 👍👍👌👌
No one's gonna learn, if they're not taught. And it shouldn't have to be in a court of law.
I would go ask for a free speech permit and insist that they produce one.
👍😂🇺🇲📷💪
Thank you Jeff, I hope that if they're starting to recognize you & respect your rights, they'll also begin to respect the rights of others.
I like the way Gray lets the mindless bean counters talk themselves into oblivion.
Any politician that passes a unconstitutional law or ordinance should automatically loose their office.
Jeff is an American Hero! God bless Jeff, his family, and our vets, homeless or not.
You were able to educate several with this one. Thanks again for doing this for all our civil rights. You are the boss man. Keep going.
Follow you, as a disabled vet and retired Trooper, very proud of you and your work
Thank You Jeff,
The real America loves you, God bless you.
Election Day! Perfect time to educate even us that we vote these representatives into office.
Thank you Jeff,.....I genuinely appreciate what you do! God bless you man.....and the homeless Vets.
Hi Jeff!! As a fellow veterans (23 years) I love your channel and your taking your time and money to stand up for our Constitutional rights against these un-American government workers who are too dumb to understand the city government and its property is not private. I wish the lawyers in each town, city and county would educate their employees. And before some city employee/police officer tries to explain the laws and regulations they should seek guidance from the appropriate attorney's office. It amazes me that peaceful protests result in harassment but violence like BLM and Antifa is okay. At least the city manager is aware of the rights protected by the Constitution.
Awesome to see two decent public servants in action. It's lovely to see. Respect. Thanks Jeff. Western Australia.
