And why are they homeless? Because they are lazy drug and alcohol addicted.. Because they use the excuse of military service from two decades ago for sympathy today! They are homeless because they are weak minded and would probably be homeless whether they ever saw combat in the Middle East or not!

Literally you could be rich and it's sad to say, you would be rich from Law Enforcement violating people's rights. It is truly insane when we have them "rights that is" and pay taxes for them to protect the one job they have to do. People think they are supposed to protect we the people but they need to read and learn they don't have to protect us at all.

I think that's a little short sighted. Considering the vast amount of law, case law, and varying jurisdictional rulings, I don't think it's unreasonable that police aren't fluent in all forms of law, even when we narrow that to the context of the constitution. If anything, what is and is not constitutional even from just a 1st amendment perspective, has increased it's domain and thus it's complexity. The constiution says you have the freedom of speech, but there was a time when that didn't necessarily protect the written word. It also didn't specifically protect symolic gestures for a time. Considering the how many hundreds of thousands of cases that have rulings, I don't think double checking what is and is not enforcable is all that unreasonable.
