HIStory is not an underrated album but invincible is not in the same caliber as others either.
It's so sad that invincible faded away... with time it has become my favorite Michael album and I truly think its deeply underrated.

I feel so sad for Michael that Sony stopped promoting invincible. It's such an underrated album;(
They forced Michael to renew his contract with them and when he refused they stopped the promotion of invincible album. Otherwise in starting, it was selling faster than thriller.
MJ is the only big artist that exposed Sony but look what they did to him.

I truly miss MJ and I'm from Vietnam where it's extremely hard to find any of his albums which are official and if bought, will contribute to the above sales chart. And I do think many fans around the world have the same situation like me. In my opinion, if we count his sales based on both non-official and official sales, the total will be more than 500m records for sure :D. The Media weren't really pissed that he became the best, they just did it for money and MJ had been doing the Media Reporters bad by Reporters waiting hours for him to answers questions but MJ instead said somthing little and left which pissed them off. Still wrong for the Media to attack him

This is album sales alone, not copies. If you included the singles yes, I’m pretty sure he moved over 1 billion copies worldwide. Thriller did over 100M alone.

I cried when he died. His music has been my life ever since I was born in the early 80s. Songs from Thriller were my favourites as a toddler.
The greatest artist of any industry to ever live. I was able to witness it live for 30 years of his life. Memories maybe our most valuable asset as human beings.
Such a shame that Sony sabotaged Invincible and it didn't sold as much copies as his other albums. It's one of his best albums

Next year will be the 40th anniversary of the release of Thriller. It's an amazing album and the hits from it are still played on the radio even more than hits from Michael's other albums.

The songs on every album released after his death are chosen by other people, not himself. I think that is the main reason why Xscape for example didn´t sell that well - and of course because Michael isn´t here anymore...
