@kelly - FINALLY - an in-depth video on how to use my Cricut for something truly unique and creative. I've subscribed to your channel and I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos to inspire me. I'm starting with greeting cards but want to get into mixed media - esp. highly textured and layered art that utilizes my photography, collage, paper, and textiles. I've been searching for so long on how to use my Cricut for this and I just want to thank you for your clear, fun, and inspiring video!
I use double sided sticky foam dots to achieve dimension, they're a LOT easier to use than that glue looks! Some good tips on ways to use up scraps here - thanks!👍🏽
I have been trying to follow/find you on Cricut Design Space and can not seem to bring your work up. LOVE your videos and how well you explain things without going on and on and on
Thank you for this video. I just found out from watching you that my Cricut paper cutter has the scoring attachment lol. I did not know that. Since you are new to blending oxide inks there are a number of videos but try Kristina Werner she is so very talented and has excellent videos on blending oxides in case you didn't know. Thank you again
Hi Kelly... loved this tutorial. I have been making cards for a really long time now, but only recently bought myself a Cricut, so this tutorial was really useful. I do have a tip for you... I also use a kind of 3D-glue (silicone-glue) and I put it in a little plastic syringe (like the ones you can buy at the pharmacy and that makes applying the glue really easy.
WooHoo! An advanced Cricut card video! I was very excited to see the video in my feed. That is a very cute card! I have used print then cut for custom sentiments, but I haven't done if for images. Now watching your video, I don't know why I haven't. I have never heard of the Liquid Scrap Spots. I am tempted to go look for it, but then I might buy it... I am trying to pause on all the crafty spending. Thanks for the video! I look forward to more Cricut fun.
I actually tried to find your comment to reply to you that I finally made one! Glad you saw it 💚💚 There are definitely going to be more in the future as I have more techniques and will probably learn loads more too! You are so welcome, im excited to make more vids like this! 😍
Your very skilled. I only hope i can get as good one day. Im new and struggling to work out how to change the font on auto selecton phone. Im try to make pantry containers names
Just found your video and I'm so happy I did. I've been wanting to make some non-insert cards and now I've learned how to. I was a tiny bit confused about the part where you got the "template" for the print then cut portion. Since you copied and pasted from another one of your own cards, where does one get the template from? Can you PLEASE clarify?? Again, thanks for creating and sharing your techniques. 😊
i've just found your channel and i have to tell you it is FANTASTIC! You are very clear in your instructions which i really appreciate as a newbie to Cricut card making. What wonderful ideas you have shared. Thank you!
Its just one of the attachments - so no need to get a whole new one! In the replacement packs you get a grey and a black attachment. The black one is the scoring attachment for the handle :) Its super useful!!
Kelly, thank you so much for this video on how to use the contour! I could figure out how to make it so Cricut didn't cut out the middle of my images.
Glad it was helpful! Well done on figuring it out!!

So happy I found your channel! Do you have any idea why my printer won’t take card stock? It’s an hp 8710 inkjet. This is a great tutorial.

Do you have a link to the scoring paper trimmer ?
If you already have the trimmer you just need the attachment: amzn.to/49o6hfr
@@KellyRossouw Thank u so much!
When I started with Cricut, SCREEN SHOT was my friend lol so I can look back and see where I placed the image.
Very clever!
omg Ive never seen a paper trimmer with a scorer???
Its just one of the attachments - so no need to get a whole new one! In the replacement packs you get a grey and a black attachment. The black one is the scoring attachment for the handle :) Its super useful!!
Is this good for cricut joy
The Joy unfortunately can't print then cut without a hack 😊
Girl title it with ASMR if I'm gonna have to listen to your tongue clack your teeth please.
Great idea!
I hope you continued playing the guitar and singing - you really have a lovely voice!
