Hmmm. I'm not too sure. It's a basic meditation cushion in Thailand. And yes we do learn stretches.

I went to deep sleep state There is no Nama rupa and one whole no separation no otherness no fear and everything interconnected and inter related and interdependent so love is there and pure energy so we wake with energy after sleep and no transacting I so there is Peace Love and Pure energy I had some happy memories also in between I used the mantra happy happy and letting go Thank you very much🙏😄😀

Today morning after5 mints iPad went black due to 5% charge. then charged it the 1st meditation I continued and went for 45 mns. Without the bell the2nd one fully distracted body still mind was not still mantra used distracted. all use less thoughts no unethical thoughts but ai was with the

Yes that can happen. Just notice that when you are about to fall asleep, you can take a deep breath or even slightly open your eyes and begin again.

I was thinking.. is meditation that u have to sit in stillness and nO thoughts etc ? Bc for me that always results in falling asleep.. if my mind is going still it equals going to sleep for me. I always have to use meditation om YT since I cant talk to myself like this.. and I always have to lay down bc of chronic illness..😄
When you are about to fall asleep you can try different tools such as a mantra, visualization, or even opening your eyes. It takes some practice, but it's very normal

Actually just the same as all the other days. haha. We just have our alms offering, breakfast, lunch, chores, meditation and chanting. It's pretty subdue due to all that is going on. The villagers are all staying inside. How about you?

Yes 30 minutes with eyes closed is a good amount of time. It's a good start. But it really comes down to each individual and what they are currently comfortable with. Just experiment with it and see what you can handle :) But definitely try to keep a daily practice. That's key.

it's hard for me to sit cross-legged and sitting up straight. eventually my legs go numb or my back slouches. does this just correct itself with time?
Yes it takes some time. Also stretching helps. But if you like for the moment, you can sit on a chair as well. That is not a problem. You can try both sitting on a chair and then also sitting on the ground when it's comfortable :-)
