I really like your videos Ma'am. They are very informative and simple to practice. I am 35 and it was my childhood dream to learn dance. Started at this age but I am overweight and fear injury. Wow.. This is a comprehensive nutrition discussion helpful to all people dancers or otherwise. One observation if you don't mind. When checking nutrition contents, we have to be careful about bioavailability also. Though some substances may have more protein, some other foods can be absorbed better and hence better in nutrition.
Very true! It's best to opt for locally grown fruits vegetables and cereals. Hence the suggestion to stick to home-cooked traditional meals rather than some fancy diet plan😊

@@PratibhaKini it's not bad ....but 24/7 I need only rice n curd... And amma tells that other nutrients are also essential.. I eat it but forcibly... Atlast ...I like only CURD RICE .. is it good eating 24/7??

I hope you watched this video fully! As mentioned in this video, my diet plan can't be same as your plan as it depends on many factors like BMI and activity level. I have given sample meal ideas and elaborately explained what should be included in a meal. From what little I know, you could either eat 4 big meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner) or 6 small meals (with something very light between first two and last two meals in addition to above 4 meals). Make sure to check portion size/quantity.
You need to plan your diet according to the overall calorie needs.
