As he should've. Ears don't just grow back. He is permanently deformed. And how incredibly traumatizing to be attacked so visiously part of your body is torn off. He deserved every penny.
I'm pretty sure JJ just wanted this defendant to admit that he knew that someone was going to be dropping off a prescription that evening, but this guy is playing _Uncle Leo._
I work at a dermatology office, and the reason they opt to use a mail-order pharmacy sometimes is because the prescription is expensive at the local pharmacy and is usually much cheaper through a mail-order pharmacy. They usually always discuss this with the patient and is determined by the amount that the patient is willing to pay to have the prescription right away, or wait a few days for a much cheaper cost. You can pay (figuratively) $300 for a prescription that day, or wait to have it delivered for $65. Not very unusual depending on the type of prescription needed.
Happy to see deniers say something different. Usually they always say: I don’t feel my dog bite him or I don’t believe it bite him. Be we never heard: I take the position my dog didn’t bite him. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
His dog told him to respond in that manner. The dog was like old man better make me look good before judge Judy or I will be on no barking duties for the next 6 months.
Why is chronological order is sooooo hard for so many people?? Even when a judge is trying to pull teeth from an alligator - neither the plaintiff nor the defendant can tell the story as it happened 🤦🏻
It’s because they usually have practiced their speech in front of a mirror before they get there and JJ throws them off when her questions let them know how dumb their story sounds.
My dermatologist has called in a prescription at their preferred pharmacy, as sometimes it needs to be a compund pharmacy. It takes a couple of days. It's not unusual. Why was JJ so perturbed? JJ clearly had a point, it didn't seem like she was just gauging how the Defendant answered questions. Part 2 where are you😂?!?
I agree with the judge. If I have a rash that is bad enough for me to go to a dermatologist then I want medication immediately either from samples or prescription.
Yeah, my pharmacy sometimes has to order things in and it can take a couple days. Then they call me. I don't know why she kept asking about the date of the appointment and made him look like a liar for saying the pharmacy called him when it was ready.
What kind of person would try to deny that his dog bit a delivery man at the front door? Why does he think the person who was bitten should pay the costs for the dog bite? The delivery man was doing the patient a favour. I cannot bear this kind of selfish person.
Here in England we used to go to the doctors surgery. Since Covid, we have to give symptoms by internet, then a nurse/doctor will contact you the same day to discuss the issue. Then they write out a prescription which is electronically sent to your designated pharmacy. This can take up to 2/3 days. Then the pharmacy takes 2/3 days to do the prescription and text you to collect it. So it takes about 5 working days. By that time the issue has gone or youre dead. Recently I had cause to request (again by internet) to see a doctor. I received a text to say a telephone appointment had been booked. I had to wait 10 days to speak to a doctor and another 2/3 days for a prescription. Our NHS here is dying.
@@Transformers2Fan1 actually it's not because we pay throughout our working lives forbade NHS via taxes and National Insurance. The system is failing because there are too many scrounging foreigners using the system and not contributing like normal working people.
JJ is too funny! Not every situations requires an IMMEDIATE prescription. Some things CAN wait a few days. All dermatologists don’t have samples of every cream or meds needed for every situation. She did all that line of questioning only to concluded he did have to wait a few days for hair prescription and she was satisfied with that and moved on. You gonna get a good show when watching JJ. 😂😂😂
If I have never been to a physician who prescribed me something and didn’t phone it in that day or the next. If they did, they would be replaced. Also I’ve been to dermatologists since I was a child and never been to a one who doesn’t keep samples of creams to treat rashes. Customer service must really be sucky some places.
I have had a dermatologist’s office call in a specialty pharmacy to make compounds from out of state. They mailed them to me as the prescription was not made or kept locally. It took 3-5 days to get the prescription. Not uncommon.
To defend the patient and the prescription, the dermatologist probably used a speciality med. We have to do a PA and request the insurance to cover it - hence the 72 hour delay
In Canada if the delivery guy was working it would be the insurer of the pharmacy who would pay for his bills not the client. That doesnt seem very fair.
Ignoring who's right or wrong... I've repeatedly had "Doctors" not only take days to get me an Rx/ referral to a specialist who can prescribe one, but multiple visits to even get treatment/ a referral. They get paid more that way.
JJ assumes a lot of stuff (not defending defendant), but the pharmacy may not have had the med and needed to order it. I've had to wait a week for non-emergent meds. I love JJ, but her entitled (hard worked for) life shows little knowledge of the real world 😂
I've noticed she will just ask what seem to be irrelevant questions either 1. To see if it matches what they wrote in their claim/answer to determine if they are likely to lie, 2. To get the whole picture on both sides either for her own benefit or the audience's
As a pet parent, I know it’s my responsibility to have my animals under my control at all times. Because I know in 90% of circumstances, if my dog bites someone it’s my fault.
